International Dance embeds shipping in their pricing, but you don’t learn this until you return. It’s a hassle and quite disappointing.

Thanks for taking the time to review us. Not sure you mean by embedding shipping in our pricing. Shipping costs are calculated when you're checking out (so that it is based on weights/destination). We don't offer free returns/exchanges and don't suggest this anywhere on our website because for us as a smaller business, it is impossible to afford, especially internationally.

By far, the best Latin shoes!
My daughter is a keen Latin dancer who trains most days. She has tried different brands of shoes and agrees that's international dance shoes are by far the most comfortable. They are very stylish too. I would definitely recommend this brand and will continue to buy from them.

Great shoes, great service
First class customer service, backing up great products. I had never bought ballroom shoes before and was nervous about finding ones that were a comfortable fit. The advice I was given by the Sales Dept. gave me a lot of reassurance. The returns process was simple and efficient, too. Thank you! :)

I bought two pairs of shoes and the dance training shoes are brilliant, the patent leather shoes were returned, being too tight. Very disappointingly you were not prepared to replace with a wide-fitting. ?

Thanks for your comments. For the shoes you ordered, you can exchange for a wider fit, it's no problem providing goods are returned in an unworn state. We don't have any emails from you asking about this, so we're not sure why you think that you can't. There will have been a returns form in within your delivery - simply fill this in, send the shoes back to us that you'd like to change, and we'll get to work on the replacements for you.
