I have been a member of The Interior Designers Hub since 2020. It has been such an integral part of my journey as an architect coming from abroad to launching my own interior design business in London. I could of not done it without them! The training on how to set up your business is amazing and Kate, the team and the fellow hubbers are just so supportive! It is a wonderful community to be a part of. I highly recommend to anyone thinking of setting up an interior design business on their own!!

Coming from a non-design background, completely changing careers felt like a daunting step! After discovering the Hub Cast podcast, which I found both personable and inspiring, I knew that Kate’s clear focus on nurturing and supporting students through her diploma at the Interior Designers Hub felt like the right fit, and that promise really did come through from start to finish.

As I was eligible for a redundancy-related grant, my enrolment process was a little different and more complex than usual. Andrew was very helpful in navigating this and ensuring I was able to enrol, which I really appreciated.

The diploma itself is clear, well structured, and I learned a huge amount, both practically and in terms of understanding and developing my own design style. It helped me make sense of what I was naturally drawn to and build confidence in my decisions.

Because of the funding, I needed to complete the diploma within a tight six-month timeframe, so it was intense! However, the guidance and encouragement were there at every stage to help me stay on track. My tutor, Anna, was consistently kind, encouraging and approachable. Her feedback on each assessment was detailed, thoughtful and genuinely helpful, which really made a difference and helped keep my confidence up. I was also grateful for the one-to-one mentoring sessions with Chantal, where she provided clarity, practical guidance and calm, supportive guidance when I needed it. The additional webinars were a bonus too, offering useful insight into the industry.

The Hub Huddles were something I really looked forward to each week. They provided a real sense of connection while studying full-time at home, and it has been lovely to build relationships with others on the course along the way. Everything behind the scenes also ran incredibly smoothly. Anne and the admin team were always quick to respond, and communication was consistently efficient and reliable, which made the whole experience feel very well supported.

Off the back of the diploma, I have gone on to enrol on the Launch Lab Experience and Hub Insiders. Having had such a positive experience, this felt like a natural next step as I move into setting up my business.

Overall, a brilliant diploma experience with a genuinely supportive team. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

I absolutely love being part of Hub Insiders — it’s been such a valuable and supportive community. There’s always help available when you need it, and it really makes a difference when you’re building something on your own.
The Launch Lab in particular was exactly what I needed to get my business properly structured. I now feel much more confident handling client enquiries, which has made a big difference.
Would highly recommend to anyone starting or growing their business!

I would highly recommend the SketchUp’s not scary course. This is best training that I’ve found and it really suited my learning style. Off the back of the training I’ve now secured a new job using sketch up.

I have been part of the Interior Designers Hub for several years now, and it has played a significant role in my journey as an interior designer. I completed my diploma with them, and the experience was very enjoyable and supportive.

What sets this community apart is the people behind it. Kate and Andrew have created a space where designers can connect, share, and grow together in a way that feels collaborative rather than competitive.

Through the Hub, I have met some fantastic like-minded professionals who have become colleagues and ongoing sources of inspiration and support. That sense of community is rare and incredibly valuable, especially in what can often be quite a solitary industry.

I would highly recommend the Interior Designers Hub to anyone looking to start or develop their career in interior design, not only for the knowledge but for the network and long-term support it offers.

I’ve been part of the hub for six years now, and wouldn’t be without my ‘Hubbers’ being a member has really propelled my business forward. The wealth of knowledge within the hub is vast and everyone is so helpful and willing to sharing ideas and solve problems, running a small business can be isolating but you are never alone or unsupported when you belong to the hub. The training, CPD, Procurement team etc are all professional, collaborative and easy to work through in your own time.

In a world of countless groups and communities and courses and what not, this is the one you want to be part of.
There are so many things the Hub does and helps with, all being exceptional in every way, but something that I have not experienced elsewhere is that our community ONLY has beautiful, friendly, selfless, helpful people in it. I don't even know how that can happen as we are many!
I joined the Hub years ago and even back then it was priceless, now, the amount of training and support you get increased significantly and there are new ways of support and new training and more CPD's and more interesting industry talks. But again, when I have no time for nay of this in my busy life, I would certainly check in the FB group for some laugh and seeing how others getting on.

Excellent course - such a supportive tutor, clear videos, creative tasks, and I particularly loved the way that IDH also gave me training in the initial steps for setting up my business.

Popfox Interiors is now doing really well and I have the Hub to thank for giving me such a solid start (and opening up an avenue to the dream career I always wanted!).

The ‘Hub Insiders’ monthly subscription option for practising designers and stylists also means I can connect with other members in a safe & positive space, learn from their experiences & tips, and place trade orders for clients. The trades team are great - so responsive and friendly!

I’d be a sadder person without IDH in my life! ☺️

Being a part of the Interior Designers Hub feels like being part of a family. The support from fellow designers is invaluable and always reassuring, plus the support from the hub in general is like having my own team which is amazing when I work by myself.
A all round fabulous community that I couldn't be without.

I've been a member of the Hub Insiders for over 2 years and I don't think I could have launched my business without it. All the training and materials are easy to follow and there were so many modules and talks that prevented me from learning things the hard way.
Kate and the team, plus the whole Hub community is friendly, supportive and approachable. It's the best investment I've made since launching my business.

I have been a member of The Interior Designer's Hub for over 4 years and it is the most caring and inclusive environment, geared up to helping and supporting those in the Interior Design business, at every and any stage of their business journey. I would highly recommend them.

I have just completed the Launch Lab Experience. This 12 week course was exactly what I needed to give me the confidence to set up my own business. It is well constructed in bitesize chunks stopping you from feeling too overwhelmed. You also have a mentor that you can email and speak to when you feel stuck and that really helps to move forward. I would thoroughly recommend if you like me have wanted to get going for a while but not had the courage to take the leap!

Really enjoyed this challenge and how it it fitted into one week with step by step advice on planning a client design and presentation. Personalised feedback was great and helpful and I would recommend anyone considering interior design or already doing interior design to join in.

I loved the 5-day design challenge with The Interior Designers Hub – it was far better than I expected. The morning sessions were informative and easy to follow, and the evening Q&As were a great chance to recap and ask questions, with the added bonus of working through a real-life client brief.
The Facebook group kept me accountable and motivated, and I was blown away by the individual feedback on daily homework submissions – completely unexpected for a free course.
Amazing content, fantastic delivery and a supportive community. Highly recommend!

I have just completed the taster challenge with the interior design hub. It was really well thought out, and was a lovely introduction into interior design. Every participant received a response and some valuable feedback to each of their submission which was much appreciated. I would have total confidence in progressing my studies with the interior design hub after hearing all about the course (and ongoing support/study options). I’m hoping to enroll later in the year when I’m in a better positioned to make my career pivot!

Just complete the 5 day interior designer challenge and it was great! Well planned, learnt a lot even in such a short timeframe, and the communication from the team was amazing - any questions where answered and the feedback was great

The interior design challenge was so much fun and it was really great to get such constructive feedback and detailed Q&A sessions. It has really given me the confidence boost I needed to do the course and kickstart my career in interior design. It’s also been so lovely to see everyone else’s work and how beautifully different an interpretation of the same brief can be. It really has been a great experience and I’d recommend everyone interested in interior design to give the next one a go!

Have just done the 5 Day Challenge and now I'm raring to go with my Diploma! It was an amazing week, with really informative in depth challenges giving a real flavour of the whole design process. I really felt part of a team too, something that IDH seems to be brilliant at, with lots of live zooms and tutor feedback. I hope I have what it takes and this week has given me a real buzz of confidence to continue! Thanks IDH!

Thanks for the 5 Day Interior Design Challenge. I think the bite size daily tasks, very clear instructions and how Kate explains everything so well, you can't go wrong. It was great to have a live client to design for and receive constructive and encouraging feedback from professionals.
