I ordered a Honey Badger unleased I have never received. No Follow up to say it is delayed. Nothing on the website to suggest it was back ordered. Nothing at all. You seem to be in Irvine, near my old offices, so I am going to go over there and ask why I have't received it. I know a lot of gear is backordered, but it this is the case you should have told me. I had to rent gear to make up for it.

Hi Joe, we're so sorry to hear your order wasn't fulfilled in a timely manner - that's absolutely not the standard of service we hold ourselves to and I apologize for the delays in getting that out to you. Normally if the warehouse does not have inventory of a particular product, the site would not allow purchase of an out of stock item, so I'm not sure how your order slipped through. You should have received an email from us about the pandemic and global chip shortage shipping delays for flash products. At the moment they are out of stock, but we do have another shipment of inventory on the way now. If you no longer need the product or don't want to wait, you are welcome to a full refund of the purchase price. Again, please accept our apologies for the miscommunication - we are happy to explain things to you in person if necessary.

Green Light, NOT Daylight Ballanced
I ordered my fourth Studio Essentials 100W LED Monolight. I love my other three, but this one is green? I was expecting a daylight ballanced product, but this is... crappy. I would send it back, but I don't feel like doing all the work for that.

We are very particular about color accuracy with our products and that kind of color cast is not something we see often. I understand that you may not want to ship back the old one, but if you can email us at support@interfitphoto.com with a photo of the color cast, we can ship you out a replacement ASAP. Love these lights
I already own three S-1 monolights and a Badger unleashed. Great service and wonderful lights. Just bought an LED monolight and can't WAIT to try it for a video for a client!

Customer Support is Great pop up was ok....
Customer Support is Great, and I would probably buy from them again, though I like the backdrop I'm not "loving" it. It was a good value for the money, but I would also consider possibly spending a bit more as quality on this was OK but not great. The fabric itself in terms of color and hand painting was fine, but the fabric was a little thin, and there were wrinkles and you could see it did not quite fit the frame as well as some of my other popups. I think I will be able to work around it, but don't see any way to get the wrinkles out. However, their customer service went above and beyond the call of duty, and for that alone, I would be willing to give them another shot in the future.

Hi Art - while we are very sorry to hear your pop-up didn't meet your expectations, we're grateful for your kind words about our service. The painted and dyed backdrops are handmade made from 100% cotton muslin, so they are a bit thinner and the warp-weft is a different thread count than what you will get from our polyester solids. Because of the pop-up folding structure and the way these are dyed and painted, they can have a lot of wrinkles or lines in them from the handmade process and being folded during shipment. We recommend using a fabric steamer to smooth out the surface before shooting, and to remove any light from behind the backdrop to prevent visibility through the fabric. Concerning the fabric fitting the frame, you may have received a product with an abnormal cut or stretch across the ring frame. If it is actually defective, the unit would be covered under warranty replacement for one year from purchase.
Good service
I needed a globe to cover the light element on my Badger. The site was easy to navigate, found my item, ordered and it was delivered promptly.

My children ordered a product for me for Christmas and not only did in not show up, but I was never contacted that the order was out of stock and it wouldn't be showing up. It wasn't until I called that I was told my order would be refunded. Big disappointment.

Oh, no! That is terrible and definitely not our standard of care for Interfit customers. We apologize for the miscommunication. It appears that our customer support team reached out via phone a couple times two days after it was placed to notify the number on the order that we had run out of stock with some alternative retail partners that may have had it. I'm not sure if it was the correct number, but that's what we had on file from the account holder's information. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience - especially during the Christmas holidays.

My daughter loves her softbox. The only thing that was disappointing is we needed to exchange for the foldable one and we needed to pay for the return shipping for an even exchange

I'm almost tempted to give a 2-star…
I'm almost tempted to give a 2-star rating.
I've become increasingly disappointed with the manufacture of various items from Interfit.
I've had the bolt on the ratcheting tilt lock of an S1 strip.
I've had at least 3 collapsible softboxes that have multiple joint failures.
The glue anchoring the joint to the support shaft weakened and separated the joint from the shaft. I have to remedy this with gaffer tape to keep the joint extended and in place after unfolding. This wastes time before and after an on-location shoot.
I've also had inner diffuser panel tabs tear from the elastic which renders them useless.

Recently purchased two silver lined…
Recently purchased two silver lined umbrellas. Being well made, they should provide many years of service. I also purchased several pop up backgrounds (5'X6'). The quality is fantastic and I only wish I had discovered these when I was in the photography business. They are well constructed, sturdy, and the quality of the fabric is outstanding. I especially like the brick background with the solid gray on the reverse side. The backgrounds are so fairly priced that I now own six of them...the cost of which would only provide for one background I used to purchase...you cannot go wrong with these backgrounds. They are portable and easily fold back into the provided case.

Easy to set up and understand…
Easy to set up and understand instructions. The Trigger is the most complicated part to get, as instructions are basic and for example, the picture on the instructions was a Cannon trigger and I purchased a Nikon trigger. At first I thought I had the wrong trigger. Customer service was excellent and helped me with that. They responded very quickly to my questions. I'm hoping you will bring ALL your manufacturing back to the USA soon! More jobs and better quality here at home. Please consider USA made from now on. Thanks for a very nice mono light!
