ARE YOU STILL IN BUSINESS? I BOUGHT THE 2 LIGHT SYSTER BADGER 250WATT-----BEEN TRYING TO GET SOME UPDATES ON FIRMWARE ARE THERE ANY FOR THESE LIGHTS AND UNIVERSAL REMOTE, I AM USING WITH NIKON-----EVERYTHING ON YOUR SITE FOR SELL IS SOLD OUT-ARE YOU MAKING THESE ANYMORE????

I was hoping to find some basic guidance on setting up my lights. I didn't find it on your site and am experimenting to find my desired results. Maybe I'm not using the site correctly.

Alwaus feels like personalized service and they have a great selection of collapsible backgrounds (my first purchases)

Excellent communications - shipped quickly

I have 2 Interfit s1 strobes. Interfit doesn’t update their firmware. The latest update is from aug 2019. !!
This means that I can’t use my strobes with my Nikon z9. The z9 has been here more than one year.
This is not acceptable, and is rendering my interfit strobes obsolete.
Buy something else. Godox, pro etc..

you have VERY little product available! should I look somewhere else for equipment

I contacted support as a part broke on one of my lights. They had it in stock at the warehouse and sent me two at no cost, I just paid shipping. Thank you for helping me replace one part rather than the whole light!

I have been an Interfit customer since 2010. My first set of lights was amazing and lasted 10 years. In 2020 I had to start replacing my old lights and stuck with Interfit. I bought the Honey Badger 320. Recently bought a fourth badger directly from Interfit in April. I was surprised to see it in stock and grabbed it before it was gone since their stock has been depleted since the pandemic started.

In less than two months the light completely stopped working and will not power on. I have tried other outlets, other power cables....no luck. I also had the bulb go out in one of my other badgers and a lost charger for a badger unleashed, but the replacement parts have not been available in a very long time. They are constantly out of stock for the past year.

I have tried calling the Interfit USA phone number which is now out of service. There's a backup phone number on their Facebook page which also is out of service. They have almost no social media presence and have not responded to my comment or DMs....they also have yet to respond to my email or from the contact form on their website. The Atlanta, GA warehouse address listed here on trust pilot doesn't even exist any more. I am wondering if they are just out of business and selling any stock they find or try to repair just enough to sell.....I am so frustrated and do not know how I can get my money back. I've even contacted an employee that used to work at the ATL warehouse and his number doesn't work either.

I should also mention I have contacted the UK division of Interfit and they have responded by saying they cannot help and I should contact Interfit USA.

They're out of stock but DO NOT waste your money on these products you will be stuck with if they are defective or need replacement parts over time.

The technician responded to my question quickly and then shipped what I needed right away. Very happy with the service.

Purchased 2 of the LED Monolights and so far they have been fantastic. The fact that they are super lightweight was such an added plus. Great product, keep it up!

I have called, emailed, chatbot, and used social media to get a hold of anyone at Interfit to try and remedy a problem with my S1 strobe, but now I’m seeing why we might go back to profits. No response anywhere.
