È stata la nostra prima esperienza con l'interpretazione simultanea online, e inizialmente eravamo un po' nervosi. Fortunatamente, il servizio e la qualità si sono rivelati eccezionali: il manager è stato sempre disponibile, fornendo risposte complete e precise a tutte le nostre domande. Il tecnico ha iniziato il suo lavoro poco prima dell'evento ed è rimasto costantemente in contatto, segnalando immediatamente eventuali problemi e aiutandoci a risolverli, senza contare tutti i test e i controlli effettuati il giorno precedente! Gli interpreti sono stati eccellenti, con una qualità di traduzione altissima e praticamente in tempo reale. Da sottolineare anche l'applicazione: intuitiva, affidabile e semplice da usare. Un servizio davvero impeccabile, 10 su 10!

All the staff at Interactio (both in the UK and abroad) have always been efficient, positive, respectful and polite when dealing with me as an interpreter, with most queries being replied to promptly, and each member of staff fulfilling their role in a satisfactory manner. the event went overall very well. It did not take too long for participants to understand how to connect etc .. and the quality of the translations were very good ! Thank you also for your flexibility in organizing the event.
