Disliked received first pot no worries
Disliked received first pot no worries. Second one was not easy having to wait over a week. But thanks to Joe for his patience. And talked me through every stage of the process. He done he's part well. It's the next stage that was really hard to navigate. Hopefully it should be straight forward from now.
Wow, just wow.
From application, to medication arrival in days, wow.
In the space of less than a week, this incredible company have shown how to run a business. The application process was straight forward and simple enough to apply by just providing a GP brief summary. I also qualify for the GAP scheme and Joe from the BNM team was so efficient and very easy to communicate with and quick to get this sorted. I then received a text about 2 days after submitting my paper work, saying would I like a call from the doctor TODAY which took me by surprise as it was so quick! So accepted the call, from Dr Sunny Nayee who was incredibly knowledgeable, so fun, and helpful, he made me feel so at ease, was up for a laugh on the phone to help brighten spirits, and talked me through every single step of the process step by step, so that I fully understood everything regarding medical cannabis and that I was completely in control of my treatment plan. He was more than happy to prescribe me there and then, and this was last Thursday 26/6/25 7.30ish PM , by Saturday 28/6/25 10.30AM my medication was at the door with the courrier. EXCEPTIONAL service, I am so grateful for looking into integro, and for being accepted as a patient to clinic as I know this will change my life for the better in helping with my stage 4 endometriosis.

I thought getting medical cannabis was going to be impossible but the team at Integro clinic made it seamless. I had my consultation and the next day I received my medication. Also the price was surprisingly affordable . I hope it continues like this! I found integro clinic to be the best choice for my needs.

Nothing but positive feedback for everyone I have dealt with at Integro. I have been using them for past 6 months and my life has improved for the better. I was someone who couldn't go to large festivals due to crippling anxiety and then the past weekend I went to a festival with over 55000 people.
I know recently there has been some changes with how to order via the portal, at 1st I thought I had to reapply but after a quick email exchange my records were updated and I could order with ease again.
I would like to thank everyone I have dealt with for making this a positive and life changing experience
Don't go anywhere else
Been with integro a while now after transferring from the diabolical curaleaf. Since being with integro I can say I've never had better healthcare. James, Marco and dr sunny neyhee have been brilliant. The way they treat their patients like humans and not just wallets is fantastic. All are very welcoming and knowledgeable. Since being with integro I've actually got better. 24 hours from ordering and medication is with you. The best in their field by a long way.

18months with speedy service
Been with Integro coming up to 2 years, in that time, they've always been really quick to action requests, very friendly to deal with and genuinely hassle free.
Had a few hiccups with the new system with my last but was able to sort it out within 24hours.
I hear of other clinics/pharmacies taking days to over a week to action the repeat and dispense, these guys do it in 24hours usually!
If your looking for a alternative clinic these are your people
Absolutely brilliant service! Dr Sunny and James are so knowledgeable and talk through the products available that include flower, oils, pastels and vapes and what would best suit your individual needs. I can honestly say all the staff are so helpful. Even when I had a problem with the recent change of system the admin staff were kind caring and helpful, talking me through each step in order for me to sort my prescription before I got off the phone. I’ve since managed to order a prescription on my own without having any issues so the new system is fairly easy to use. Well done Integro. Keep up the good work!!!
I have been with them for two years
I have been with them for two years, the staff are lovely and the process is straightforward. In the two years the only issue I have had is the new system, which was initially really difficult to navigate and didnt allow me to order my prescription.
Happily though the staff helped explain this to me and go through it and sort it.
If your thinking of applying and meet the criteria, you wont be disapointed to choose them
Integro transformed my quality of life…
Integro transformed my quality of life 3 years ago. I have had to learn a lot. The journey has been bumpy. Now, the Dr's, OT, Physio, Mental Health all say 'Wow Wow Wow' and admit the NHS cannot improve on my medicinal cannabis routine.

I have been a patient for 2 years, I have had a fairly crap experience. I have had everything from lost parcels which took months to be reimbursed. The response from the so called customer services is pointless as they never ever do what they say they will. The final straw has been being promised calls back, without a call. Been waiting on a script for 5 days, promised twice they would put it through but nothing!!
Unprofessional, uncaring and appears to just be a money grabbing company who don’t care about patient care. Appalling service although I’m not sure anyone else is any better!
Intergro ~ brilliant what can I say
Intergro ~ brilliant what can I say, it's what I've been looking for for years. Main problem I have is being unable to get on repeat a strain that works. Armed with knowledge of terpenes and the selection available I'm able to choose a medicine that works, unlike the OTC drugs the GP provides that have kept me numb for decades. Bit of a Comms break down between pharmacy and clinic when reordering a prescription, but once complete providing order is before 16.00hrs delivery signed for by 13.00hrs following day. In short thank you Dr ahsan thank you intergro.

This portal is useless and the office can't even answer phones etc just very unprofessional, more professional on the dodgy streets.

with Integro for over 3 years…
I've been with Integro for over 3 years on their GAP scheme as a veteran. In 3 years I so far haven't had any real complaints. The staff are all friendly and helpful, quick to respond to emails. There can be issues when ordering repeats, in that flowers can go out of stock, which isn't the clinics fault. Patients up and down the country from lots of different clinics are also ordering those same flowers. Integro are a top tier clinic with staff that care.
These peeps have been great
These peeps have been great. Recently they have purchased an app which was clearly made by an amateur, is full of bugs and doesn't work to access their services. Last time I saw development this amateur was with scriptassist. Being at IT consultant I'm shocked. To make matters worse the staff refuse to help their customers access service in any way other than the app. The app also has a DoS vulnerability.

Where do I start... Decided to transfer from Curaleaf upon recommendation of a friend's experience with Integro.
At the start everything seemed to move along smoothly.
Get to my summary of care records and I couldn't gain access to the medications side so Integro said they can and will get in touch via email with my GP and request my records, my GP responded at 12:06pm on 26th March sending my summary of care records. 2 months ago almost. Rang and confirmed they had been sent to correct email. Integro then asked me to be sure so I confirmed again. Now my emails are being ignored. I've had zero contact in weeks.
The I decided to ring them as any patient would when being left in the dark.
To be told oh we have a new system so we are getting the patient to do it themselves now.
Yeah no that doesn't work that way when you've had them sat in your inbox in your emails months before you transitioned to this new system so therefore that mistake has to be rectified by the clinic not myself as that isn't my issue or responsibility. The lady on the phone was zero help and rude about this situation. I then asked if I could speak to a manager (seems this company has one telephone handler and one fkn manager) to which I was told no she will call you back(like sh*t that'll happen eh)
So for over 2 and a half months Integro have left me in the dark not knowing what's going on and without medication.
Probably the worst clinic I could have chosen and I regret listening to my friend currently I won't lie. Because now I've got to go without for upto another month while I change clinic yet again.
So round of applause for the amazing work by Integro here! Absolute brilliant.
