Where do I even start!! Best medical clinic ever. Super supportive, always on time with dispatch and shipping, any problems get resolved and super kind!! Definitely one of the most affordable clinics there is with 0 hassle and you get to pick what helps you!! 100% recommend and will be staying with this clinic 100%. Been with them for around 6 months now and just keeps getting better and better. Thank you for the whole team for your help, helping people and making the world greener and happier!!

Anyone had treatment stopped with no explanation after a consultation? After 2 years with no problems and happy with all, now left in limbo

I had my review yesterday (11/2/26) with Dr Nora (Nona?) What a Top Lady! She had time for me and listened to me. She had some really good ideas on how to manage my symptoms and recommended me some products that have helped her other patience. Thank you once again :)

Every interaction I have had with Integro staff has been fantastic, they are incredibly knowledgeable and understand your situation and are always willing to help. Very kind and compassionate whilst remaining professional. Big shoutout to Nora who has dealt with my appointments, a huge credit to their team!

Wow,what a great team of experts,Mr.Gunn and Mrs.Khudairi are absolutely professionals who know what they are doing,after 20 years of struggling with my back pain and going through operation,all crazy medications like diazepam and stronger, physiotherapists......this two amazing people found real help for me,thanks to them I can sleep all night without pain after years.I will highly recommend Integro clinics for everyone who have similar problems because this work!!!Thank you so much👍

Avoid avoid No stars needed they tell you theres no consultation fees as they charge u 1 mouth after being with them them 50 pounds which is basicaly every 6 mouths stafff on calls are cheeky and unhelpful avoid avoid alternaleafs better 5 punds a mouth

Been with integro 3 years and all through had hood communication very friendly staff and the consultation is nice aswell Dr Nora was very professional on the consultation.

Although not necessarily the loudest of the clinics in the UK, Integro has been consistent in their service delivery.
Whether calling in or emailing, it's always a pleasure to speak to anyone at the Integro team. I've even referred a few people to the clinic who are now patients and reaping the benefits.
The customer portal is good - could be better but they're making gradual updates so each time I visit something is new.

I had a follow up review with Nora who listened to my feedback regarding my original prescription and helped me to tailor the next prescription to suit my requirements more.
She was also very knowledgeable on alternative options to ensure I get the most benefits out of my prescription.

I’ve been a patient for a while and I have nothing but praise for people like Riya who help people like me, access vital medicines which make my life much better than it used to be.
