Great customer service
Karl made the process simple from start to finish. I got distracted when completing the form online and Karl reached out. We went over what we needed in terms of insurance and he went off and got us a great deal. Even after this, he has been on hand to help with queries and to ensure all the paperwork gets sorted - actually feels like they care about your business past the invoice. Exactly how we like to work. If you want great service, value for money, and to feel like you are more than a payment - use these!
