I first used Insurance Desk 3 years ago and now use them for every insurance need I have, which includes my own home building insurances, public liability and public indemnity for my businesses and specialist insurances for the business activities.

Price was less than last year by 6%
It would have been even better if I was contacted 4 weeks before renewal. Rather than I had to call about 14 days before renewal to chase what is happening

After selling a property in November 2022 I cancelled a buildings insurance policy. I promptly received a refund invoice and was asked to provide bank details for the refund. I have now been waiting over 4 months for the refund. I have chased the company number of times via telephone but am still waiting. Wont be using this company again.

After the above review was published I received the full refund on 3/4/2023. Thanks Trustpilot.
