I had an excellent experience dealing with Terri at Insurance-Desk.

My renewal required a few additional points to be clarified, and Terri was extremely patient, professional and helpful throughout the process. She took the time to work through everything properly, liaised with colleagues and underwriters where needed, and came back with clear explanations so I could feel confident that the right cover was in place.

What stood out most was that Terri did not simply rush things through. She was responsive, thorough and reassuring from start to finish, and was genuinely focused on getting things right.

I hate sorting insurances out with a passion but Jade Wilson from Insurance-Desk has made it very quick and easy to find appropriate cover form me. The staff here are always so pleasant and helpful to deal with however today I spoke to Jade and it was an absolute pleasure speaking to her. She is happy, helpful and knowledgeable and anything she wasn't sure of (which wasn't much) she found out and explained to me.
