I love this app. you control when and where to work. Payments are made pretty quick. I wish there was an actual person to resolve issue though. Also since app tracks up don't offer a last minute shift you cannot possibly get to on time. So far all shifts I have worked have been pleasant!

I actually have gotten jobs through here, some decent pay, some good. The only thing I did not like is that the same company keeps canceling my shifts the day before, but then requests me again but I can no longer book. I'm not sure if it's a glitch or some kind of game, but nobody has time for that. I understand if i was back up but i wasn't, and was requested. It is really frustrating since I like and c really want to work it, and it gives me almost no time to find something else. This has happened more than twice. Hope something is done about it.

The work is easy and self explanatory. Follow the instructions and it will lead you to success. I love this app

There is no customer service just AI. Lots of missing money.Lots of cancelled shifts. Go back to when it started it was great now not so much

Horrible app.... Support agents will tamper with out and steal identities

Love the work they definitely put you to work fast. The pay is good and all the jobs are legit

The insta-pay was NOT automatically instant as advertised- I had to contact support 3 times for it to work and STILL had to pay the fee for the first time. After that, I have had nothing but issues with technical support while most of my requests for help have been met with an AI generated response of “we are transferring you to a specialist, you will have a response in the app within 4 hours. And every single time the conversation has been closed due to “my” unresponsiveness. Madness. I am still waiting to be paid for 3 shifts that were advertised as insta-pay accessible. On top of that I have never been offered a bartender shift which was the whole reason I got on the app. Shifts are all super low wage (some as low as $10/hr). 0 of 5 stars

My shifts have all gone well the people like me and I'm a hard worker

I worked a shift that I STILL have not been paid for. I’ve submitted over 4 separate claims, and each time I do, I am told that I am being transferred to a specialist and that my wait time is 4 hours, but I have NEVER been contacted by a specialist. There’s no customer service number for me to call and your automated system for customer service is poor. Add true customer service with a phone number and a real person to talk to. Your AI system is not adequate. Aside from that one incident, my experience has been good. However, for one incident, it is a major problem and issue.

Great app that is a life saver and very consistent if you do your part.

I love working for Instawork. I can take short shifts anywhere from 2 to 6 hours or I can take very long shifts up to 12 hours. They cover all levels of hospitality front of house back of house. There’s warehouse work robotics. The pay is quick sometimes it can take 10 days to get your paycheck but that’s more like a W-2 job. A lot of pay is available the same day or the next day. This has helped me make ends meet. . This has helped me make ends meet and cover travel. Also, when you’re traveling, you can pick up shifts wherever you are as long as you update your location in the app I love Instawork. It is really helping me. Keep my head above water and the bills paid.

Ran into a few snags but had help at my finger tips!

It’s convenient.. I always receive feedback within 24 hours to questions I post.. I take notice the app and system continues to update as improvements are made… I had one major technical issue on my end owing to a power outage that was quickly resolved… it’s been great and I feel I get better as I go … it’s an excellent way to make $ working for myself on projects I’d be doing anyway..
