I absolutely love Instawork. Being able to pick up daily work that is fun and rewarding is irreplaceable. I originally picked up most my shifts at ASM global target center Minneapolis and worked extremely hard for them! One day on March 6 we had great shift and got all the work done but I was scored bad, I spoke to the lead and they said that the did not have an issue with me but I was not able to get Instawork to reverse the score. But since that I have continued to pick up great shifts, I just wish the system was better able to handle correcting issues

I love working and am a hard worker heard about this app and instantly signed up. It seems like some places dont like instaworkers or any of the workers from the other apps. Others are great and ive had no issues. The people I work with are a joy. The app needs some changes. Allow me to block certain shifts im tired of seeing certain shifts flood my page and their are dozens. I should be allowed to delete them from my shift offers. Also the app has many bugs and the support chat takes way too long compared to an actual job which this is supposed to be a temp agency so it should be considered an actual job and should have issues resolved Ina. Timely manner. Sometimes I had to wait days for a response just so I can be at a shift and the agent close out the chat since im working and cant respond back immediately even though I had waited days. There should be a secondary contact number where I dont have to click through the app to call since those calls never go yhrough idk maybe the companies number or something. Otherwise its been great ive been maintaining my perfect account and have loved all the people and shifts ive worked

There aren’t many opportunities on the site in my area. Most I have to travel far for. Another thing I don’t like, they penalize you for cancelling a shift but if you cancel with enough time then later find out you’re able to make it, you cannot rebook. It’s also not easy to contact anyone for assistance. It is quick money if you’re looking for work but the pay is subpar to me as well.

Reliable shift and cool come work areas. I also like the work at your own schedule platform.

Support on the worker end is extremely difficult. I'm still missing pay from weeks ago. When I get to a human (hours later), they're uniformed and generally unable to assist in any real way. I've had multiple issues with scheduling and the only way to get anything resolved is by bugging business contacts.

Experience is ok number of lobs limited at this time. Hoping things change for the better

Working in a different department each day makes life more easy. Instawork should start sharing ratings you get from each and every place you work so you know where bad reviews come from…

The site keeps posting jobs that are already booked out. It seems that I get penalized for canceling even if I give 24 hours notice but the company can cancel my shift in under seven hours with no penalty or pay subsidy on my end which really messes up my money and ability to earn income.

I have to fight for pay if you do paid back up, you have to dispute it. You don’t get paid automatically. I’m missing pay from two shifts and again the paid backup screws you over every single time. The chat is not a person. It’s AI then it’s people from India, who have no idea what they’re doing and they don’t respond. They don’t solve your problems and on top of everything of course they do not pay.

It’s been good i like the flexibility in scheduling shifts and how everyone in the community is willing to help each other out . I am really glad i signed up for this. ..Thank you
