Horrible experience working with this company. Don't waste thousands with these people. I don't know where to start. They upsold me on more leads. I was supposed to be able to send over 100,000 emails a month. When it was time for me to use the service, I was told that it wasn't possible to send more than 1,400 emails a day even though I paid for 70,000 leads and they advertise that you can send over 100k with ease, that's not the case. I was told that i needed to purchase thousands of emails that would cost me over over $40,000 a year to maintain AND they asked that I BUY MORE ACCOUNTS TO REACH A GOAL THAT I should be able to accomplish according to the plan they advertised. Not only did the platform delete thousands of leads by mistake, lie about it, and not take accountability, next I found out I couldn't use it even though I'm paying roughly $180 for it. On top of that, the agents talked in circles for days, were VERY RUDE and unprofessional, passive aggressive, and they wouldn't refund me. I tried working it out on so many occasions. Today we were scheduled for a meeting and they never sent me a link or showed up! Avoid this place by any means necessary. I don't even think their reviews are all from real customers. Just FYI, you don't even need an account to send COLD EMAILS. All they're doing is sending emails from your inbox. At that rate, you might as well send them straight from your inbox. It takes longer but at least it works and it's free. Convert the cold leads to warm leads and you will need another software anyway. Other than tracking who's opened the email, who's clicked, and the ability to send bulk emails at once (which you can do through your own email), this software is pointless. Customer service is a sham.I do not recommend them.

The customer service is great, I have been paying for Instantly for a long time. I love the deliverability, the customer experience, and the UI/UX of the entire company and platform.

Outreaching is hard in general but there simple UI and there youtube channel made the experience 10x easier I got started off with the basics and it helped with reaching more prospects for my business.

Did their free trail for a bit, started with a email health of around 50%, gradually over 3 weeks it went down and down, I repeatedly messaged asking if this was normal, was told yes and it will start to rise. It never did and ended up at 1% just as the free trial ended and the only way to fix? Pay for their outreach plan of course! And when I questioned it and said it felt like a scam I was told my expectations clearly didn't align with their service. And then somehow the customer service person switched off my ability to send further messages. I guess I should just be thankful that I didn't spend any money but now I have an email health score of 1% brilliant.

The website double charged me. I had initially signed up for email marketing and it didn't go through. Tried to sign up for the relevant plan again and ended up double charged. The "customer service" (it's in quote because that term does not apply to their abysmal team) refused to refund. Had to go through my bank to get funds returned. If your website is responsible for an error, that needs to be returned. To be denied that by a real person in customer service is unacceptable and borders on theft and deception. I'm going to be taking this complaint further to relevant federal agencies.

Honestly one of the best platforms for cold emailing. Their infra doesn’t disappoint and is quite easy to get on with. Also, the supersearch is quite nice as you have all your cold emailing process in one place. Pricing is quite fine. Recommended

I used their setup domain service and the platform is buggy, takes ages to setup (although they promised me 3 days) and actually never finished. Support is helpful but doesn't find a suitable solution. They basically took my money, didn't perform the service I paid for at all and don't want to offer any refund. I will not work with them anymore, it's simply a waste of money and more importantly time.

Non-existent customer service! Was with them for 2 1/2 years and what a mistake that was. Not user friendly and impossible to get any help! Would not recommend at all!!

Ahmed from Instantly support helped me secure a partial refund of $97, and I genuinely appreciate his assistance. I was expecting a full refund because the account was inactive, so this was not the ideal outcome for me. However, I still value the effort made to resolve the issue and I am thankful that they were able to refund at least part of the payment.

Was worst service ever, no idea how thsi subsciption started but they kept invoicing me for like a half year while i literally never used it and mailed them 3 times to stop it. I had to clear that account before they stopped charging me and stopped the subscription. I dont even know what this service is about, so cant comment about that.

Shady billing practices, across the board. Billing before the monthly billing cycle is over. Canceling before the billing cycle is over causes you to lose access to the app even though you have prepaid for the entire month. A custom support (all of them, not just one) that argues back and forth with the user. No email notifications about upcoming charges which happen a week before actual renewal. Small type hidden in various places, that you've never seen, that they send you screenshots of. And a buggy app.

The base plan ($50/mo, not free) is almost useless. They have paywalled every useful feature.
