Great communication with Ben throughout our order (including when we requested for our delivery to be delayed due to us being away for Christmas).
The quality of the shutter blinds is fantastic, they were individually wrapped, so were in perfect condition when they arrived, each with a packing note stating which window it was for (per my order).
The packaging also came in handy for adding padding on our loft rafters for head protection - it's always good to be able to reuse packaging instead of sending it to landfill.
We were so happy with our first order that we have now ordered more shutter blinds for other windows in our house.

I ordered 2 shutters 2 wks ago during the Xmas period. I was advised of a 4 wk delivery period but they arrived in less than 2 wks. The were well packed. Quality is excellent. Not cheap but very competitively priced. Very easy to fit once I had watched the installation video. Customer service was brilliant and kept in touch. All round excellent service. I am impressed and that doesnt happen often.

Ben was extremely helpful and very quick to answer questions via what’s app. The blinds arrived really quickly and were very easy to fit and look amazing.

I found instantfitshutters on Instagram.Joseph was great from start to finish.two out of the four shutters I ordered didn’t fit(due to my measurements) I’d taken out the insurance and after sending off the new measurements the shutters were re-ordered.they arrived but one was damaged in transit.i took a photo and sent a message to Joseph.he replied quickly and couldn’t apologise enough.one shutter was re-ordered and was delivered within three days.I couldn’t be happier with the shutters and the service

Although very pleased with our shutters , we were not made aware that the condensation collects between the shutter and the window . The way that they fit on the windows making it very difficult to dry and prevent mould . We reported to customer service and they failed to offer a resolution.

What can I say apart from AMAZING.From the start of my order journey Ben and Joseph were fantastic! I’d been thinking of shutters for a little while and thought I’d take the leap. The team made everything so smooth, I was super impressed by the quality as I had looked elsewhere but found the shutters to be a little flimsy. These shutters are the ticket for sure. I’ve been wanting shutters for ages, but the thought of mis‑measuring held me back. Joseph guided me through every step, and even when i accidentally ordered the wrong brackets, he handled it with great communication and I got the correct ones very quickly. Great service!

These shutters are brilliant. Easy to measure up and didn’t have to wait long at all for delivery. Really impressed with the quality and how easy they are to fit. Plus the quick response to my queries. They look great. Can’t recommend them enough.

So pleased we found this company (through an fb ad). Excellent communication at every step, even whatsapping once we’d placed an order to confirm measurements. Very courteous, polite and friendly. Positively spot on. They send you samples of the 2 whites. Easy to fit and fits perfectly; never had such a positive experience buying nor in the product itself.

We however, did make a mistake as we chose brilliant white instead of classic white - we still had plastic wrap on pending plastering 🙈 and in reality, classic white would have matched the window better. That said, we’re so impressed with the shutters that we will re-order again with classic white.

I contacted Ben regarding how to order the shutters. He very kindly via WhatsApp talked me through the measuring of my new Windows. So decided to order. A verygood price was sorted, so paid for with fast delivery arrived within 5 days. Very well packaged (in fact took longer to unpack them than fitting lol) so fitted to the windows, all fitted perfectly absolutely fantastic shutters.

A painless and straight forward experience with the help of Ben. Our instant fit shutters, installed in minutes, the lady of the house extremely happy, could not have been easier.
