Really pleased with the shutters, easy to fit and work perfectly!

Would highly recommend as they were so easy to install and the quality is excellent. They are strong and beautifully made. Delivery was fast and 100% customer service.

I honestly cannot recommend Instantfit Shutters highly enough. Not only is the product itself absolutely 5 star, but the customer service is just as exceptional.
Ben, who I dealt with throughout, was unbelievably helpful at every single stage — from placing the original order right through to delivery. He was always available on WhatsApp to answer any questions, no matter how small, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. That level of support and communication really makes a difference.
The shutters are beautiful and have completely transformed the rooms — I absolutely love them!

We ordered our blinds through Ben and they arrived a few days later well packaged and with no damage, I fitted the clips but we needed window handle packers I contacted Ben and they arrived in no time. Once I added the packers the blinds fitted into place with no problem and they look great. Would I recommend Instant fit shutters yes without a doubt. Thanks Ben first class service.

Great communication and ensured what could have been my rubbish measurements were accurate and exactly what I needed for the windows I had! Easy to install with the clips and they fit perfectly and look incredible, also easy to remove for a good clean if need be.

I started ordering for my newly renovated bathrooms as I wanted to finish th room off with lovely shutters. Everything came very quickly and I was excited to put up my new shutters.
I couldn’t get them to fit properly and contacted them to ask a question and explain and was advised by Philip ( who was super helpful) that I had ordered the wrong size clips. He sent out the correct size only asking
Me to pay the postage which I was happy with. They arrived a few days later and my shutters now look perfect!
I’ve since ordered kitchen, living room and bedroom shutters and I can’t wait to put them up!
I’m 60 and not really into DIY but these were so easy to put up even I had no trouble.

Brilliant service from start to finish! I only ordered a teensy one for cloakroom window, but they were wonderful & cared as much about my small order as any. Arrived earlier than scheduled, on Friday & I got round to fitting today. Took me 10 mins as a 73-year old with dodgy balance & arthritis in hands. So fitter person would be much faster. It looks fantastic! I'm so happy I'm going to start saving to have them on ALL my windows! Thank you so much, Phillip for the great, friendly customer service & the perfect shutter! Smashing. From the phone call to the delivery. Couldn't fault it. Ordered on Wednesday evening, product was delivered Friday morning (I had paid the £7 fast delivery charge). Shutter looks great. Will happily use again if and when required.

We ordered some samples and they arrived very quickly. So we ordered the shutters they arrived quite quickly and it took about 15 mins to install all 3. They kept me informed through out the process. Very impressed. Will be ordering more soon.
