Very straightforward to order. Great communication and good advice given. Followed the helpful videos and really simple to fit. Hardest part was getting them out of the excellent packaging. Will be ordering again for other windows. More choice of colour would be a bonus.

Team on hand with advice and support when needed due to my own mistake. Shutter was fitted in 2 minutes, one person job. I am now no longer baking at my desk when the sun hits the back door!

I have a South facing garden so my kitchen is extremely hot in the summer. I saw the blinds online and decided to get some made. They were very helpful with the measuring process which was really easy. I ordered them on friday afternoon and they arrived today ( Wednesday). It took me a while to unpack them because they were so well wrapped and then it me (62 Yr old female) 5 minutes to install them. And wow what a difference they make. Would definitely recommend this company and will be definitely getting more shutters made in the future

We have now had 2 x separate orders as we were so impressed by the first order for our French doors in our living room we decided to get shutters for the living room and dining room too. These windows weren't straight forward but we liaised with Joseph who was very helpful and managed to sort these for us and even arranged a tester panel to ensure the shutters would work before completing the entire order, going above and beyond to help. We also chose the measurement guarantee to ensure the correct fit. The shutters were delivered in a good timescale and were very well packaged for transport. Overall 2 excellent experiences with good quality products and excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

We wanted the perfect fit shutters for our new home. We spoke to a couple of other companies who saide we couldn't due to the style of the windows.
I then went to instant fit shutters and got connected through WhatsApp with Joseph.

He got me to send some photos and came back with yes they can. To be sure that we liked them which we were sure we would, Joseph even arranged that just one panel be sent so we could fit it and be sure. Mainly due to our beading being thin and IFS providing some shimmers to give the extra depth needed.

Hasten to say that they looked fantastic so went ahead with the full order.
One of the panels arrived which had a defect on it, and two panels didn't arrive at all. Normally this would be a red flag but Joseph was on it and got it sorted and a couple of days later the replacements all arrived.

The blinds look great and no rattling when the windows are open like you get with blinds.

All in all we are very pleased with quality, the competitive pricing, and the customer service. A big thank you to Joseph who dealt with it from start to finish.

I bought shutters for all my windows from Instantfitshutters.The shutters look fantastic,they are good quality and have a 5 year guarantee. It was easy to measure and fit, only had to replace brackets for one window as it was the wrong size brackets and One shutter which was damaged through delivery. Ben sorted everything for us, sent replacement right away. Ben and Joseph provided an excellent service. Would definitely recommend their company, you won't be disappointed. I am very happy with my experience with Instant Fit Shutters. From the start, communication was fast with lots of help with figuring out the correct handles and fittings. And extra accessories were sent to us to try to ensure that the shutters would work well. I had lots of questions all of which were dealt with efficiently on Whatsapp. I was quite nervous as everything was done online but I am so pleased with the final outcome. I’ve just completed my 4th order with 31 shutters in total. From first to last, the service and products have been exceptional. I had a few queries along the way (all user error!) and the communication via WhatsApp was responsive and helpful. The shutters themselves are a game changer to the aesthetic in various rooms. I did price up against similar products but there was no real saving and the split tilt plus size for some of my windows were not available elsewhere. I couldn’t be happier. If I had any more windows, I’d be back in a flash.

Soon as i placed my order, Joseph kept in contact, help advise on the measurements to ensure the blinds would fit. Kept me up to date on my order and when it had been dispatched. I will be ordering again for the rest of my house. Very happy with the wooden shutters.

What a great service from the team at instantfitshutters. I booked a virtual call with Ben on Friday evening, we discussed my needs and measured the window. I placed my order Friday evening. Support was given all the way and clear communication on the status of my order. Ben said he would try and get the order dispatched that weekend, and he did exactly that. Monday was a bank holiday and I received my bespoke made shutter today, on the Tuesday. That’s a 4 day turn around including a bank holiday weekend! The shutter arrived really well packaged, the delivery was quick, absolutely no faults what so ever. Brilliant product, great quality and so easy to install. We will be ordering more now

I cannot recommend this company enough, the shutters are exactly what I was looking for, the quality and durability of the product is amazing! The customer service provided was second to none. Ben was so helpful and approachable, nothing was too much trouble and he was always on the end of the phone to resolve any queries or questions I had in a polite and professional manner.
I would definitely recommend getting the insurance, i made a slight mistake with one measurements which was required another shutter to be made which was covered within the insurance. I am over the moon with the end result and cannot wait to order more in the future.

I found this site by pure chance after being quoted £450 for cafe shutters. Outrageous for one small window.
Anyway I read the reviews for Instant Fit Shutters and they were all great so I took the plunge.
Well I can’t say enough about the professionalism; fantastic customer service; order and delivery.
I was a little hesitant about my sizing but bit the bullet and I had a what’s app msg within minutes just checking that my measurements were correct to double check before the order was finalised.
We had a few msgs back and forth just to be 100% sure before I ordered. Finally confirmed and the shutter arrived the next day
Fitting was easy just a little jiggling with the hinges but I’m so pleased.
10/10 for Ben and his attention to detail. Would 100% recommend Instant Fit Shutters.

Great customer service. I measured and ordered my blinds on Monday, they were delivered early Wednesday morning. The blinds were really well packaged. It took me 20 mins to install 3 blinds all on my own following the online installation guides and they look great. Will definitely be ordering more.
