A truly knowledgeable and helpful staff. I was unsure of which product to use on our outdoor pavers and they advised me on the best sealer to use. I purchased a 20 litre drum, they agitated it in their machine and carried it to the car. A great experience. 👍

I was greeted by Ben a very friendly helpful staff member. Ben listened to my queries about what paint colour I was after. He took the time to look at my photos of my bathroom which is undergoing renovations and offered his professional advice. He carried my items to the car for me. I give Ben 10/10 for friendly, helpful and caring service. We will always use Painters Pot now 🥰

I had to buy a 15lt drum of paint only having a photo of the custom paint code. The lady behind the counter was very helpful, acquired the correct paint has proceeded to mix the colour. She also added this code to my file for future reference. The lady also insisted on taking me paint to my vehicle which was very nice. The paint was perfect.

Great click-and-collect service (which I've used twice) and super friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint is that the lighting on the paint swatches distorts the colours - it'd be great if they were relocated to next to a window.

Friendly helpful service was the “icing on the cake” of finding a product I’d been all over the place for. This was my first visit to the store since moving to Launceston, and won’t be my last! Now I know why my builder suggested it.
