The staff were very friendly and greeted me on arrival. Were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and did a stellar job mixing paint to perfectly match our weatherboards.
The staff were so helpful and patient as I had no idea what colour I wanted they made some great suggestions also they have a lot of knowledge of there products!!

Great staff, attentive to customer, friendly, polite and informative regarding products. The store is tidy and clean as well and I always get a parking spot.

I used IP at cooee for my previous paint requirements and have always been impressed with their service and knowledge Happily, I find that the same level of service and knowledge is repeated in Launceston, with great service and advice. Easy, off street parking and well stocked shop, with great service. 👍👍
Very informative. Explanation to meet our needs was easy for us to understand.Types of paint ,rollers.etc and their uses was explained Nothing was hurried or pushy . We left ,not only with the paint we needed , but with the right sizes and types of rollers etc. And with a smile on our faces 🤗😊
