Steam generator supplied just over a…
Steam generator supplied just over a year ago stopped functioning . Contacted Nero Patel at the company who had been my original purchase point of contact . Having described the circumstances in which the unit stopped working having discussed it with the technical dept he indicated that their view was it most likely a failure with the heating element . Having established this it was agreed that a replacement unit would be dispatched and this was done overnight arriving the next day . The replacement unit has now been fitted and is working . A courier sent and paid for by the company has now collected the original unit . Very good customer service .

Recently purchased a quadrant shower…
Recently purchased a quadrant shower cabin for my bathroom via insignia website. The order process was simple and fast as was delivery. My husband installed the shower even though he is not a plumber by following the instructions and how to video. Alex from insignia showers was very helpful throughout the process and we have now got a beautiful shower which we absolutely love. I would fully recommend insignia showers. Very happy customers.

Very Reliable and Prompt Service
Two years ago we brought Insignia Diamond Quadrant Steam Shower which we are extremely happy with. This is our second Insignia Shower. We recently experienced some difficulties with the everyday parts and contacted Insignia. Under the Warranty the parts were immediately replaced and received by post within three days. That’s what you call great service. Thank you Insignia.

I have been using their products and parts for last 10 years across all my properties. Their products are durable and easy to install. Also I can't stress how much steam room and jacuzzies improved my health and wellbeing. It may seem complicated to install but actually is easier than you may think. Insignia steam bath cheap and nasty
Purchased a steam bath and the plug mechanism snapped when twisted to open the plug causing water to run over the overflow and leak onto our kitchen ceiling, very poor and cheap quality plug mechanism along with the digital pad with dab radio which decides to turn on and off as and when it wants. The purchase is still within its year warranty so raised a ticket to get the replacement plug mechanism and was to conveniently for them that the waste parts aren’t covered under the warranty and is £29 to purchase the same crap cheap mechanism so will probably happen again. Would highly recommend not to purchase one of these poorly designed baths as they don’t work as they should and all the parts aren’t covered under cheap rubbish and replacements are at the expense of the buyer.

We are sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with your experience and understand your frustration regarding the issue with the plug mechanism.
Whilst we appreciate that component failures can be frustrating, we would like to note that this particular waste and plug system has been used across our bath range for over 15 years and has proven to be both reliable and durable. As such, the issue you experienced is not something we commonly encounter.
Although waste components are classed as serviceable parts and are not covered under our standard warranty terms, we nevertheless supplied a replacement free of charge as a gesture of goodwill and in the interests of customer service. We felt this was the fairest way to help resolve the matter, despite the component falling outside the scope of the warranty.
We are also sorry to hear of your concerns regarding the digital control panel. This is something we would be happy to investigate further should the issue still be ongoing, as electronic components are assessed separately under warranty where applicable.
Customer feedback is important to us, and we will ensure your comments are passed to the relevant teams for review.
Poor quality
insignia 1500sr
Bottom panel has been fiberglassed to tub making it impossible to remove so had to cut through it with a dremel.
When the panel was finally removed it had resin all over the top.
Steam generator output cant be fitted due to other pipes in the way had to bend it away for clerance.
Holes in most parts did not line up even though one or two did in a row leaving 2-3 that dont. Seal missing.Nowhere does it state there are 2 plugs that have to be plugged in so now have to have a extra one fitted.
Nice product badly thought out avoid.

Our products are designed to be assembled in accordance with the installation instructions provided, and while the vast majority are installed successfully, we understand that alignment issues or access constraints can occasionally arise. We do have a technical number which is available Mon-Fri, I hope you were able to use this service.
We are also sorry to hear that a seal was missing from your delivery. I trust this issue has now been resolved?
We value all customer feedback as it helps us to continually improve both our products and the information we provide to customers during installation.
No after care and poor quality outdoor sauna
I had an outdoor sauna delivered and installed in October. Within a few days both side panels had warped and the wood had sprung out. Insignia came out c 4 weeks later to replace both side panels. There is still a gal on one side where the unit is misaligned due to the defect. I wrote to them this week (May - c 6 months after instal) to inform then of 5 issues (thermometer has stopped working, gasket for probe fallen out ceiling, door insulation fallen off, door handle loose and door not shutting on latch) and was basically told the warranty only covers parts so I had to fix the issues myself. No accountability for the poor quality of the physical unit. The sauna is great but is starting to fall apart after 6 months. I would be very wary.

We are sorry to hear that your experience has not met your expectations. Following your initial report regarding the side panels, we arranged for replacement panels to be supplied and fitted, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
With regard to the more recent issues you have mentioned, our warranty covers the supply of replacement parts for manufacturing defects identified during the warranty period. The items referenced in your review, including the thermometer, probe gasket, door insulation, handle, and latch, are all serviceable components that can be supplied under warranty where applicable.
As with all timber products installed outdoors, some movement within the wood can occur as it naturally expands and contracts in response to environmental conditions. However, we appreciate your concerns and understand your frustration given the number of issues you have experienced.
We are pleased to hear that you are enjoying the sauna itself. While we appreciate your concerns, we remain confident that, with the appropriate maintenance and replacement of any serviceable components when required, it will continue to provide years of enjoyment.

Shockingly bad service - talk to the hand cus face ain't listening!
Shockingly bad service. Problems with our outdoor sauna cabin from day 1 - the glass door doesn't close probably. The company has no interest in resolving our issue. Now contemplating robust measures to seek redress. Not recommended.

The sauna purchased was an ex-display model installed in September last year, and as with many outdoor timber products, some adjustment of doors and fittings can occasionally be required over time due to natural expansion and contraction caused by weather conditions. We understand this can be frustrating.
Following contact regarding the door alignment, replacement hinges and seals were supplied under the terms of the product’s parts warranty, and we have continued trying to assist with resolving the issue.
While on-site adjustments are not covered under the warranty provided, we certainly never want any customer to feel unsupported and a member of our team remains in contact to offer guidance and assistance where possible. We are also putting together additional support guidance for customers relating to routine sauna door adjustments and maintenance.
Great Customer Service.
I recently moved into a house with an Insignia Shower Unit installed. I had some questions about function/parts etc. I spoke to Jamie on the phone and he went above and beyond in helping me see what I needed to do to bring my shower 'up to date'. Although the shower was installed in 2016 and the warranty had run out five years ago, he still talked me through what parts I needed.

Customer Service does not acknowledge change in quality
I purchased the Platinum White Synthetic Wood Effect Floor for 900mm Quadrant to replace my old one. I contacted customer services several times regarding the imbalance and a replacement was sent, the issue continued. I then looked at the back of my old one and realised that had 22 grips and the new one had only 11. I removed some of the grips and added them to the new one but it did not help and it is not easy to do as you have to know where to attach so they don't rub against the grooves in the shower floor. I'm now left with a squeaky imbalanced floor mat and Insignia have not acknowledged this difference in manufacturing. Not worth the money until they rectify and go back to delivering a better product. I'd like to point out the addition of grips was Insignia's suggestion because of the movement, the movement and squeakiness was there and that was Insignia's solution as they refused to address the issue themselves.

We understand your concerns regarding the difference in the number of support grips compared to your previous model. Over time, manufacturing designs can be updated or revised, however all replacement parts supplied are produced to the correct specification for the product.
We’re sorry to hear that you are experiencing movement and noise from the mat, particularly after attempting modifications yourself. As the floor mats are designed to work within specific tolerances and fitting positions, alterations may affect how the product performs once installed.

Clean shower for hard water
So pleased with our shower cubicle. It gives us more confidence as we have timber floors. Cleaning, a big issue with me, is much easier than panels and tiles. We will definitely buy another and with the steam option and seat for extra luxury. Thank you to Insignia staff for being available to talk.
