Always had the best running shoes. My last pair of road shoes lasted 1,800km - Just bought the exact same pair. If I had the money to buy 20 sets at once I would and then I'd be set for life.

Shorts, same. 1 pair of your 2-in-1s outlived I think 5 pairs from other brands. Quality is insane.

I order from Sydney, Australia and they arrive quicker than things I order in-country (not sure if that's down to you or UPS but it's appreciated)

I think I've left a similar review before but always feel compelled to do it again.

I explained my goal and my foot condition which is rolling of the foot ..supination.The assistant listened carefully and was able to suggest a product which I am very pleased with.This is something which personal service at a shop can provide

Friendly and informative staff

I made a purchase online through their official website. I requested a return within the allowed return period and received a return label. However, when I went to the DHL drop-off location, the QR code/barcode provided by the company did not work, making it impossible to return the package.

I contacted customer support through their website the same day to report the issue. Unfortunately, I never received a response. Since there is no other way to contact them, I sent a second message as well, but again received no reply.

It has now been 2.5 months, and the issue remains unresolved. The package has remained unopened since my failed return attempt. I did everything required on my end and tried to return the product within the allowed timeframe, but the company's lack of support has made this impossible.

I cannot recommend a company that ignores customer inquiries and fails to assist when problems arise with their own return process.

The order process was quick and easy, the next day delivery was quicker than expected.

Staff in the Inov8 shop in Sheffield were so helpful, and very patient as I tried on loads and loads of pair of shoes until I found the right ones.

Fantastic customer service. Chatted with Chris over chat as I wanted to get next day delivery. Unfortunately I had missed the cut off, but he said he would do his best to speak to the warehouse staff and see if they could get it sent out that day. And they arrived the following day just before midday. Superb already for my first visit to Snowden

Quick delivery.
Jacket size availability for females poor hence had to go for medium men's jacket. The jacket is a little long on the sleeves and a little wide around torso. Pity female jacket doesn't have a size for females with wider shoulders and thin torso.

Great website that is easy to use with great products. I have four pairs of inov8 shoes and love every one.

Inov8 discontinued their F-lite 245’s - the best shoe ever. I had 6!plus pairs over the years and I briefly tried their new version the F-lite Men’s but unfortunately there is no comparison. Bring back the F-lite 245!

The assistant was happy to get siddeeejt shoes for me to try but I didn’t feel that she had good knowledge regard the different shoes and what would best suit my foot. Turns out that they rub my heels and will probs not be good for my running .

They sell quality products, designed well and comfortable in action as well as looking good. I really rate Inov8 gear.

The shoes have great grip for trail running and drain very well for use in swimrun events.
