Terrible customer service. Mo way to cancel. They will take your money, but terrible struggle to cancel. Canceled two months ago and was still billed.

I ordered and they took my money and then crickets. Customer service is diabolical. If I don’t get confirmation and a delivery date by Monday next week I will request a refund. I see other complaints that it’s impossible to cancel their subscriptions so that doesn’t make me feel comfortable either.

The other reviews on here are correct. The customer service is terrible.. they do respond, but they just respond to let you know they won’t be helping you. If you order Libida it is a fictional drug. It actually has another name at compounding pharmacies, which is where they will send it to you from. That’s all fine and good…… but when you sign up for it, and for once I knew better than to sign up for a subscription. I just did a one time purchase…. It says you get a month worth for $247. That’s insanely expensive, but if you are desperate for help with intimacy, you just might pay that. When I received it, I got eight pills. When they said a month worth I guess I was foolishly assuming 20 or 30 days worth . I didn’t anticipate taking one every day, but assumed a month worth was 30 days not 8. Upon trying the product it does absolutely nothing except give you a screaming headache and make me simultaneously feel like I was going to go to sleep and have a heart attack. When I wrote them about my disappointment, they simply let me know that- Yes it’s prescribed under another name and that they do not give refunds. Not partial refunds nothing. It says on their website it’s $10 “per experience.” then you realize if you look at the tiny little writing that’s for the several month subscription. I think they are predatory in every way. I’ve never written a review in my life- I hope this stops someone from wasting their hard earned money.
Although the actual product is effective, my wife is contantly in tears due to the absolutely horrendous customer service. It's 2026...get a HUMAN on the PHONE. I would immediately dump this company in a heart beat if my wife wanted...and she is very close. She had an applicator when it first arrived and at one point, the chat rep told her to throw it away and they are senidng a new one. That was 6 months ago and still no applicator. What a massive joke. Now she is having skin issues due to the cream always touching the outside of her vagina and she is in pain. Let's hop on chat and wait 48 hours for someone. Unreal. They need to close down and reopen when they have a 21st century customer support system in place and a product that has the necessary tools for application.
My daughter signed up for their product to help with her endometriosis and PCOS. It caused her to bleed excessively to such a degree that she became severely anemic and ended up at the ER. The doctor told her to stop using the product immediately and not to use it again. I thought it would be simple to just cancel the subscription, but they have no phone number or email address, only an AI chatbot and no way to simply cancel. I typed in that we needed to cancel and the response from the AI bot was that someone would get back to me. I find it very poor business practice that you cannot simply cancel a subscription online. I am sure that they make it difficult so they can try and hard sell you on continuing, but I find that method of running a business very distasteful.
I've only been on Oestra for a few weeks now, but I'm already feeling the difference in my body. After a couple years of living in a miserable fog, I'm feeling things shifting. There will always be those out there that a product doesn't work for, that want to try and bash the entire company. That's just ignorant and childish in my opinion. But for SOME women, this stuff can be a life changer. That's all I have to say about that. PS. Customer service has been wonderful, even before I signed up and paid. They've responded same day and answered all 967 of my questions. So those saying otherwise I feel are just throwing shade because something didn't work the way they wanted it to.
AMAZING! I have used Oestra for 7 months now. I tried many other HRT options but nothing else worked for me. I am in surgical menopause so my symptoms were severe. I felt so much better within a few weeks and now I feel like a much younger and more vibrant version of myself. This cream replaced 4 other separate prescriptions which has saved me so much money. Customer care has been responsive and helpful. I am a customer for life!
Horrible customer service and marketing/payment tactics. It's taking forever to get my $199 back, when I asked them, prior to the charge occurring, not to charge and to cancel. It takes a while to get responses back from humans, they route you through a chat bot, and when you do get responses, it's 'push the product, market.' I do not recommend getting involved...communication is terrible, customer service is terrible, all they seem to want is money. Plus, when you log in, you can't do anything with your subscriptions or payment--once you enter your payment info, or sign up, you can't 'un-do' any of that yourself.
Reposting review to this page since they have multiple sites. Another social media scam targeting vulnerable women. STAY AWAY from Inner Balance. Go to a licensed professional & have your symptoms diagnosed in-person. Nowhere did I sign up for auto-renewal. Yet, I was charged $199 for a cream that a local compound pharmacy charges $50. I contacted the AI chat on their website. Standard response, "someone will contact you within 3 days". NO ONE CONTACTED ME. Instead, my credit charged. Disputed charge with my bank.
This company is a scam. They debited a recurring payment of $199 from my checking account and my understanding was that it was supposed to be a one time payment for a 3 month supply.
If there was tiny, fine print somewhere that you click that allowed them to do this, they made it very hard to see and sneaky.
This is a complete scam company, and I don’t even think that they give proper prescriptions but hand out what I think might be prescription medications. I don’t even know what they give, but they took $400 from me for it.

Ils utilise un site de type tombola beaucoup d'arnaque ont ce genre de site où tombolat est dans le lien ! Une fois sur le site il y a aucune info du site , même leur menu ne sont pas clicable , aucun lien ne fonctionne a part pour acheter leur arnaque !les photo sont fausse et créé avec des logiciel de retouche !
