I absolutely love my massage chair. All of the different settings and controls are so convenient! The Zero Gravity feature is absolutely a favorite. The feature that it adjusts to your size works great for my husband and myself since there is a 2 foot difference in our height. My husband enjoys the "Stretching" feature. It's been a wonderful addition for our newly built home.

Overall I really enjoy the massage capabilities of the chair. However it does have some quirks. The sounds periodically stop working. I've had to unplug and reset the chair 3 times within the the 30 days that we've owned it. The touch response on tablet stops working a few times. I believe these are quality issues but not sure. I've not called in to service it as I would like to wait a few more weeks to see if there are more quirks.

I would love to rate this chair but I am still waiting for it. The first attempt at delivery (4 weeks after purchase) was stopped after the delivery people found they were missing a part. Currently 4 weeks later still waiting for second attempt at delivery. I will keep you posted.
