OBSESSED with VELVET
OBSESSED! I ordered a second standard infinity dress (lavender) for my daughter to wear as a Bridesmaid (it’s perfect!). I added Black and Burgundy VELVET dresses to my cart … a new product range. Oh my goodness… the velvet dresses are next level stunning! I’ll be watching for more velvet colour choices - I can’t wait!

Wow! Thank you SO much for your incredible enthusiasm—it absolutely made our day! 💜 We’re thrilled that the lavender infinity dress was perfect for your daughter’s bridesmaid look (such a gorgeous choice!), and we’re over the moon that you’re loving our new velvet collection too! The black and burgundy shades are definitely showstoppers—so rich and luxe for any special occasion.
We’re already working on expanding the velvet color range (stay tuned—more elegance coming soon!), and we’d love to hear which hues you’d like to see next. Your support means the world to us!
Wishing your daughter and the bridal party all the magic on the big day! ✨
Awful dress
Dresses are poorly made, edges aren’t finished nicely! A child could’ve cut it better. Colour was completely different than expected and the dress was completely see through. Bridesmaids aren’t tall and the floor length dresses are definitely no where near long enough.
Customer services aren’t getting back to me about returning my order!

Poor quality
Received order the material is cheap & quality poor. It came all creased in a plastic bag looked dreadful. Material just cut with raw edges. Very disappointed.
The concept is good but product quality lets it down.

Awful
Awful. They charge £7 for a colour swatch but it’s a cardboard thing with all the colour swatches. They’re tiny and completely useless as I don’t need 20 colour swatches. I needed one. The customer service was also absolutely awful. I’m so angry and frustrated. Definitely not using them for my bridesmaids!

Thank you for your honest feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration with both the color swatches and service—this is not the experience we want for our customers.
We'll immediately review the swatch product description for clarity. For bridesmaid dresses, we do offer individual swatches and would be happy to provide these at no extra cost if you'd like to try us again.
Your comments about our service concern us deeply. We're addressing this internally to improve. We're truly sorry for the stress during your wedding planning and hope to regain your trust.
Zurück senden Katastrophe
Das Kleid sieht so recht schön aus. Allerdings sehr durchsichtig. Wollte es gerne zurückschicken. Bekomme aber nirgends eine Adresse gesagt wo ich das zurück senden kann. Überlegt es euch gut ob Ihr es wirklich kaufen wollt.

Only buy this dress if you are SURE you…
Only buy this dress if you are SURE you want it - as they do not refund you if the dress doesn’t fit/don’t like it etc - I spent nearly £70 and was only refunded £30 - they first tried to offer a refund of £25!
I am glad I only ordered the one and not the EIGHT that I was going to do - I would have lost so much money when times are already so hard

We sincerely apologize for the frustration with our return policy. We understand how disappointing this must be, especially when budgeting carefully.
While we clearly state our policy on the product page to avoid surprises, we recognize this doesn't resolve your experience.
We'd love to make this right.
1- Explain our sizing guide to prevent future issues
2- Offer a discount code for your next order
3- Personally review your case
We value your feedback and will use it to improve our policy communication. Thank you for giving us the chance to do better.

This dress went beyond my expectations
This dress went beyond my expectations. I'm a size 14au and I have a large chest so was worried about buying online especially with the sizing been so broad, but it is a perfect fit. Such a beautiful dress and the material feels amazing and is a gorgeous colour. The deliver to Australia was fast too.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Really responsive and easy to deal with. Dresses are a lovely colour (dusty rose) and soft material. I loved how they were packaged really neatly. The idea of the bridesmaids customising their own dress but also matching was the selling point and really pleased with the choice.

Thank you so much for your glowing review! 💕 We’re absolutely delighted that you loved your dusty rose bridesmaid dresses—the color is one of our favorites too! It’s wonderful to hear that the soft material and thoughtful packaging added to your experience.
We totally agree—the best part of our infinity dresses is how they let each bridesmaid express their personal style while still creating a cohesive, beautiful look for your special day. You’ve perfectly described exactly what we hoped to achieve with our designs!
Thank you for trusting us to be part of your wedding journey. Wishing you and your bridal party a celebration as gorgeous as you all will look! ✨
Great fabric quality
I was very impressed with the fast shipment. The fabric is a lovely thickness, so it's not see through (something I was worried about). The plus size fitted perfectly, maybe just a smidge on the shorter side so I'd have to wear flats. Wrapping it was easier than expected. The Teal is a nice colour, a lot more vibrant than expected but still flattering.

It's wonderful that the color's vibrancy was a pleasant surprise while still being flattering - teal really is such a gorgeous, versatile shade! We're also glad the wrapping process went smoothly for you.
Your kind words about our fast shipping mean a lot to our team. We hope you feel as fabulous as you look in your new dress - it sounds like you'll be turning heads wherever you wear it!
I love this dress
I love this dress. I bought the wine red color which doesn't look great on my skin but fits exactly as I expected and is a good quality for the price. This company cares about their customer service, I'd buy this dress again in a different color.

Excellent customer service
Infinity dress customer service was excellent, I purchased the dress in the summer and majority of my bridesmaids tried it on and loved it. I had to wait for 1 bridesmaid to return to the UK at Christmas to try on the dress and unfortunately it was way too short for her and came above the ankles. I therefore needed to return the item and find longer dresses as I wanted all my bridesmaids to match. This was some months after purchase and Infinity Dress were very understanding and kindly offered me 50% refund, even though out of the return window. I am very grateful.
