Das Kleid passt selbst mir, als korpulenter Frau, trotz Babybauch im 8Monat. Die Farbe ist wie auf der Website angegeben, der Stoff fällt schön und fühlt sich gut an. Habe das Kleid ausgesucht... Vis mer
I was very impressed with the fast shipment. The fabric is a lovely thickness, so it's not see through (something I was worried about). The plus size fitted perfectly, maybe just a smidge on the short... Vis mer

Customer service lies!!!
Customer service was all going well until they decided to offer me a 50% refund. Once I accepted this I was completely ignored and no refund issued!!
Was really impressed with everything up until this moment.
I asked to return the dress as due to long shipping times we had to go elsewhere for the dress. I was offered to keep the dress with 50% refund which I was over the moon about. However after accepting that offer it was retracted which I was really unhappy about. I then tried to contact customer services multiple times and have been completely ignored.

In the past, our sales and returns were managed by a third-party agent, which failed to provide you with a satisfactory service experience. For this, we sincerely apologize. To improve our service, we have now taken full control of our operations—from production to after-sales support—ensuring stricter quality control and a more efficient, worry-free shopping experience for you.
Currently, both our shipping and returns warehouse are located in Worcester, making the process more transparent and responsive. If the dress you received isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return or exchange it within 30 days—no questions asked!
We sincerely apologize for this unacceptable experience—you should never have been left waiting after agreeing to a resolution. This is not how we want our customers to feel.
To make this right, we’ve escalated your feedback to our customer service team to prevent this from happening again. Thank you for your patience, and we deeply regret the frustration this has caused.

Bad Quality
Richtig schade. Ich wollte schöne Kleider für meine Brautjungfern, aber die Qualität geht leider gar nicht und sie fallen auch wirklich klein aus für one size. 200€ für die Tonne -.-

Bought two long infinity dresses - in teal and navy. Beautiful flowing fabric and so many options for wearing. Also came with super bandeau to allow for tonnes of different styles. Staff very helpful online also. Would definitely recommend! 🤩

Not right for the occasion
Unfortunately we decided to go with a different design for our bridesmaids dresses, however the customer service was excellent, fast responses and sorted a refund very quickly. The dresses are also a lovely design and a beautiful colour (dusty blue), just not right for this occasion.
