La pire des agences de location. Elle vous impressionne avec un tout petit prix et vous vous retrouvez avec un tarif exorbitant en vous obligeant de payer des assurances supplémentaires par ci par là. Pour une toute petite citadine avec un tarif d'appel de 7€, je me suis retrouvé avec 33€ par jour et une caution de 600€. Pire encore, je perds un enjoliveur à cause du mauvais état de la route entre Cancun et playa d'El Carmen, et on me retire 27$, alors que l'enjoliveur devait être normalement attaché avec un sangle car contrairement à la jante, il s'envole facilement. J'ai loué des voitures partout et je n'ai jamais été aussi arnaqué. Un conseil, à fuire et ne vous laissez pas séduire par le prix du départ, vous payerez sûrement moins cher avec une agence plus renommée et plus sûre
Un loueur qui n attend pas ses clients a l arrivée à l aéroport courir comme des fous pour essayer de le trouver une heure d attente il arrive après que ces collègues lui téléphone
Je pars avec un véhicule autonomie 25 km lorsque je la rends il m exige le plein je conteste J ai pas la photo du cadran donc je suis baise
De plus il exige que tu prennes une assurance pour 12 jours 700 € en plus de la location J avais passé par ebooker ou J avais déjà une assurance
Lorsque je rends la voiture ils inventent une rayure sur le bas de caisse il faut se mettre à 4 pattes pour la voir je leur dis pas grave J ai une assurance réponse oui mais c est à vous de faire la déclaration lors de l incident que je n ai jamais eu J ai hurle ils m ont dit donnez moi 120€ c est le prix de la réparation et nous vous rendons votre dépôt de 700 €
Évitez ce loueur et ebooker ce sont des malhonnêtes

BE AWARE! Infinity company is a scam. They wouldn’t accept our third party insurance and wanted to force us into buying their very expensive insurance. They also didn’t accept the Priceline insurance if someone purchased!
To scare us into giving in and paying, they came up with a very large deposit of $8000. We said ok, put the deposit in and he told us that our card was declined. Quick call to the bank and no transactions were even attempted! We went back to the airport and got another car from different company.
There was another family there that they were forced to pay insurance or $45,000!!! deposit!

Renté una suv en Mérida y me dieron uno muy sucio y con una parrilla toda oxidada. Al expresar que no era lo que había pedido me dijeron que era un "upgrade" pense en devolverlo pero al no estar dentro del aeropuerto, decidí quedarme con él. Al segundo dia, se descompuso y nos dejo tirados. Afortunadamente fue dentro de la cd y no en carretera. Fueron a recogernos y nos entregaron otro que era de tres categorías menos e igual de sucio que el anterior. dijeron que era todo lo que tenían, pero que harían el reajuste el dia que lo entregaran. Que estaría ahi presente para cuando lo entregaramos. Cosa que no fue cierta. el gerente no estaba y ofrecieron devolvernos solo $700 mn en lugar de los $2,431que correspondían. No hubo manera de que lo hicieran respondiendo con cuentos chinos. PESIMO SERVICIO!!! NO RENTES CON ESTA COMPAÑÍA!!! En cualquiera otra hubieran dado una cortesía o devolver lo justo!!! INCREIBLE LA INEFICIENCIA Y LA ATENCION RECIBIDA! UN FRAUDE TOTAL!!!!!
Do not book your car here...they go by Infinity & NU car rentals probably because it's the worst car rental I have ever experienced, they have to change their name to get around all the bad reviews. We paid online through our credit card company, they said we had to get their insurance which totaled $300 on top of the $300 already paid for the rental for 5 days, if we didn't there would be a hefty deposit hold on our card. When they pulled the car around it was beat up, dents, scratches everywhere. I took video and photos (thank God) and I'm sure glad I did because they are so unorganized they didn't even check the car prior and wanted to charge me for these until I showed them photos I took the day I received it. We get into the car and there is no gas to the point where I was concerned if we would make it to a gas station. He said just to fill it up around the corner. Keep in mind this establishment is not professional at all. The car comes with a rental car bumper sticker to alert Policia that we are indeed foreigners renting so expect to get pulled over. Never again will we rent from this establishment. Awful.
So much of a scam I’m questioning the reviews are faked. Car was paid for and I expected to pay a deposit but they required TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS. After requesting a cheaper car, they brought it down to 13k which was well within my limit but they were being VERY shifty with their equipment and the charge was never requested (cause I got BOTH my banks on the phone who confirmed the charge would go through, if requested). The guy then refused to talk to my bank agent and claimed he only spoke Spanish. They then strong armed me into paying their not-legally-required collision insurance (covered by my credit card) in order to get a car which has clearly been in an accident with a tilted wheel axis, and broken turn signals.
"I made a car rental reservation through the Orbitz app to pick up today at 10:00 am. We arrived in Cancun, got picked up at the airport, and were taken to the agency to pick up the car. Everything was going well until we arrived and nobody was attending to us. There were two other people who asked if anyone could help them. A lady came out and said she would attend to them in a moment. I told her that I was also waiting to be attended to, and they told me to wait a moment. Finally, they told me to come forward to speak with the agent. I mentioned my reservation, and they said it was $57. I told them that I had already paid online and had also purchased insurance to protect the car from any accidents. The man who was attending to us started asking me which company I had purchased from. I told him I didn't know its name, but I had the policy number and showed it to him. He said, 'Okay, that's fine.' Then, he told me that I had to give a deposit of $17,000. I asked why it was so much, and he said it was to cover any damage to the car. I told him that's why I had purchased the insurance and that it seemed like a lot of money, but he said they would return the money to me when I returned the car, so I agreed.
Since I made the reservation in my boyfriend's name but paid for the car rental online with my card, I handed the same card to pay the deposit. He said he needed my boyfriend's card. My boyfriend handed his card to him, but when he saw it, he said it didn't work because it had to be a credit card. I told him my boyfriend didn't bring his credit card, as it was at home. He said it couldn't be done. I said, 'Okay, let me call home to have them send a picture of the card so I can input the numbers into the machine.' He said he couldn't input the numbers because the machine couldn't do that. I said, 'Fine, let's add it to the wallet so you can scan it,' but he said that also couldn't be done.
I started to ask questions because it seemed very strange that I paid for the car reservation and insurance with my card but now couldn't pay the deposit with the same card. He kept saying, 'You're not letting me speak.' I told him I needed to understand why my card wasn't working when that's what I used to pay for my reservation. He said that he couldn't give us the car like this, and the only option was for my boyfriend to pay a $700 deposit with his card and for me to pay for the car insurance with my card. I said it didn't make sense as I had already paid for insurance. Then, I asked how much it would be in total, and he said $430. I questioned why it was so much and that it seemed like I would be paying more for insurance than for the car rental. I told him to cancel it, and he said, 'Before canceling, I invite you to go to the next agency next door, and then decide if you want to cancel.'
I went and asked as he said, and they told me they didn't have a car available. I told them what had happened, and they recommended that I go to the agency across the street. I went back and told the man that I wanted to cancel the $700 deposit that my boyfriend had paid. He said he would cancel it, but it would take time to refund the money. I don't understand why it would take so long to refund the money when it was only a minutes transaction. I'm leaving this comment so that you don't have the same experience with this agency. Hopefully, these people will return our deposit. I'm writing this to warn others about this agency."

Infinity Rental Car: Terrible company, tries to scam all of their customers. Very dissappointedly booked this on Priceline. They tried to charge 9000$ in security deposit, which their priceline fine print states that they will do if you have third party insurance through your own credit card. They would only allow me to put this deposit on the card I made the reservation with, despite me offering many other cards.
They said if I couldn't pay the deposit, I could pay another 1200$ on top of my 450$ booking for the rental of the car I had reserved. I asked to see the car at this point which was likely 20 years old and clearly had the odometer reading manipulated with as several of the digits were impossible to read. The buttons on the sterio and dash were all melted from sun and heat exposure, this was far from the type of car I had requested which was a "jeep renegade or similar." They make you sign paperwork that you will pay $60,000 USD for the car if it is totaled. The car they showed me was likely worth less than $1000USD
The best decision of the trip was to walk away from them, I actually went just across the street to Mario and Friends and rented an actual Jeep Renegade. I still had to pay more than expected/usual, but it was a much more honest process. THERE IS NO CHANCE THE CAR INFINITY WAS PROVIDING ME WOULD HAVE SURIVIVED THE TRIP.

Rentamos 2 autos a través de infinity, al llegar al aeropuerto de Mérida, nos indicaron que era américa, y nos llevaron a las oficinas, el servicio y la atención muy buena, al entregar los autos uno lo recibió y valido américa, el segundo nos dijeron que era de infinity que ellos llegaban tarde, que eran empresas independientes que solo nos podían recibir las llaves y después hablar con infinity para concluir con la entrega, también me indicaron que infinity no nos llevaba al aeropuerto y que era un mal servicio, lo cual me genero un poco de molestia e incertidumbre. Seria importante notificar si son la misma empresa o no, para evitar confusión al usuario. Afortunadamente todo salió bien con la entrega y recibí el comprobante de la garantía.

Trustpilot has very good connection with them. All other reliable websites giving Infinity car rental in Cancun very bad reviews. From now, I don’t believe Trustpilot reviews at all because I had a very bad experience & I think Infinity car rental is a SCAMMER, no doubt on that.

No entiendo cómo Kayak y Priceline se prestan para trabajar con unos estafadores cómo es "INFINITY CAR RENTAL" ya q en su promoción dicen una cosa y luego al ir a retirar el vehículo salen con otro requisitos.
Después de pagar (06/07/23)la reserva fue imposible q respondieran el WhatsApp para verificar los requisitos del alquiler,al llegar al aeropuerto de Cancún y preguntar por está empresa (Infinity)los otros operadores de renta de vehículos me dijeron q está compañía era la más mala en ése momento ya éramos tres personas q estábamos esperando nos recogieran,al llegar al sitio o sorpresa con las q salieron q debía cancelar un seguro por valor de US468 éste valor era mayor a lo q había pagado US300.lo otro q sucedió fue q las tres personas q me atendieron fueron MUY groseros se aprovechan q somos turistas y q llevamos las de perder.como No tenemos a quien reclamar ROBAN a los turistas solamente aduciendo q en la reserva dice q el dinero no es reembolsable y ésto únicamente aparece después de cancelar.en su Página Wed aparece "seguros incluidos"por lo tanto está publicidad es "Engañosa".
