The Indy Facet team worked together to resize a ring quickly. I told them I didn't need it very soon, but would like it by the end of the month -- 2-3 weeks. I got a call saying it was ready in 3 days! Since it's a wedding ring, I was happy. It fits perfectly! Doesn't roll. They are a group who can be trusted. I've never given it a second thought. Before Indy Facets, I used to pay for an estimate after getting any piece of jewelry repaired or sized, to be sure it was the same jewel and not replaced. I have never even thought of doing that after dealing with Indy Facets. Honest and trustworthy.

My mom is on hospice and wanted to see how the diamond she gave me would look in the necklace I wanted to have it in. Indy Facets had the necklace ready in one day and it is simple and beautiful. Thank you.

There are too many good things to say about our experience without Indy Facets! I went from being devastated that I lost the diamond from my wedding to set to thrilled with the rebuild. Shaun was an absolutely pleasure to work with and Indy Facets will now be our first stop for future jewelry needs.

They were inspirational in assisting me in the designing of my new wedding ring. I can not say enough about this Jeweler. I am not one to offer personal opinions on line but I must give them the praise they deserve. I took the stone from my engagement ring and updated the ring to reflect my new taste in jewelry and to commemorate my anniversary. I could not be happier.

I got a pair of glasses fixed there and could not have been happier with the results. The office was very nice and the staff was very kind. Would definitely do business with them again. The time estimate was around a week, but they fixed them within a day, can't even tell they were broken.
