I would have rated the experience as a 5 star, but the resizing of the ring is not great for me - it so tight on my finger that I cannot get it off. (I'd like to bring it back in to have it sized better for me, but I may need to wait until Winter.) I loved working with Shirl, and so appreciated her call to inform me the ring I had been admiring was on sale. I'm certainly a fan - Nelson Coleman is THE place to purchase jewelry.
