One of the worst cars and experience dealing with the car. The car was worn out and not maintained at all. There were metal pieces projecting from the rear sear, and I rejected the car. Still the customer support rejected to provide a refund. They offered a replacement car, which they said is an upgrade, to hycross, which had a hole in the front bumper, and I rejected to take that car as well.

In short this is an unrelaible organization.

In retrospect, I am tending to believe all the negative reviews about this place in trivandrum.

Well maintained car and good service by Justin

Recently , I hired a car in Indusgo, Car is good and service is better. I would go to same rental sevice next time.

Excellent service provided by Indusgo Kottayam and Justin. Hassle free pick up and delivery. Entire booking/delivery process was smooth and very well handled by Justin. The car was in excellent condition, very clean and basic. 100% recommended!!

This company is using bots to put fake customer reviews to increase their online review ratings. They are systematically adding new and fake 5 star reviews to keep rating high. The car condition is poor and I would rather choose a reputed international car rental company.

The vehicle condition was good. Mr Justin was very cooperative. Helped me with the early drop off of the vehicle.

Don’t use Indus-go Rent a Car ! They provided me a car in Hyderabad and the service was very disappointing. The car was not cleaned properly, fully scratched on all sides and tyres were run down with no proper checks done before giving the cars to customers. This is a safety risk. The customer call center staff are not proactive and constant calls need to be made to address simple requests or amendments.

I rented a car for 3-7 July in Bengaluru and had a stressful and excrucuating experience on every step of the customer journey. The company's staff are focussed on purely grabbing revenue and not at all mindful of the customer experience. I paid Rs 32,000 for a Grand Vitara Car for 3 days and 18 hours. The service manager Manik when I called him was totally dismissive and asked me to get the car washed myself. This was also acknowledged by the customer service team. The customer service head , Sabina acknowledged all the service issues including late delivery, dirty car delivered, late pick-up and driver for pickup smelling bad (looking like a rogue criminal) and probably drunk. Do not use this company as from bottom to top the company is badly run. It created a bad experience for my family which had 3 female members travelling with me including my 75 yr old mother who could not even get any time for lunch the airport until 3.30 time, and we almost missed our flight.
