Ordered two bedside cabinets online. I opted for collection and Indigo kept me informed the order status. On collection the staff were most helpful putting them in the car. The units were exceptionally well packaged. The store itself has a vast choice of home things, with a varying price range, something for everyone. Well worth a look round.

The most gorgeous items and lovely, helpful staff too! I’ve loved everything I’ve purchased from wax melts to our gorgeous sofa, definitely recommend!

Just had the usual fantastic service from the 2 delivery guys at Indigo! Nothing is too much trouble, they took great care with some heavy sofas that were difficult to manoeuvre.

Bought some expensive cushions from this store, when I went to try and return them I was denied a refund or credit note. Refund policy was not explained at point of sale by the male sales advisor, if I had been properly informed of the refund policy I would never have purchased them. Will never buy from this store again. Very unhappy client !!!

I really like Indigo. They have such good quality and great designed furniture and accessories. I bought two sofas and a foot stool a couple of years ago and I’ve just had a dining room table, chairs and a sideboard delivered yesterday. I’m so happy with them all.
The service is excellent. The guys who delivered and assembled them were very professional and pleasant. Their attention to detail was excellent, making sure everything was aligned and even suggested a different layout that I hadn’t thought of :). So, big thanks.

Indigo Home and gift never disappoints, I have been buying from here for well over 10 years, always receiving quality goods and excellent service, and today, as expected, is exactly what I received. The delivery guys were fantastic, very professional, polite and helpful, my new table and chairs came nicely packaged, and they were extremely careful handling and assembling them.

Had our sofa delivered on 29/9 & the two deliver guys Glyn & Graham were brilliant. This is the 2nd item I’ve had delivered & the guys are always really friendly & very efficient. The ladies in the shop were very helpful, I bought a sofa which was delivered today, the delivery men were very helpful as it was a tight squeeze to get the sofa in, nothing was to much trouble for them. Would definitely buy from indigo again.
