Unfortunately I didn't read these reviews on Trust pilot -lesson learnt! Assured it would fit Bosch strimmer, bought adapter kit to make sure -silly me! What a waste of money 😔 Don't buy!

Exactly the same as others have said. It’s a useless bit of scrap metal. All negative posts are removed from Facebook/Instagram etc. I too sought the help of PayPal to recoup my money. Thanks to them I got a refund. Hopefully if enough people do this, PayPal will remove this company from its list.

Was sent this from China after paying £20 through paypal. Obviously didnt fit my strimmer and was recommended to buy an adapter kit for a further £14. Declined this kind offer and requested a refund. Sure they said, as long as I sent a photo confirming I hadnt opened it, and return it to China. No way was I spending another penny on this. Raised a complaint through paypal, and they eventually upheld the complaint and will refund me. Took some time and effort, but I wasnt prepared to let this go and SUCCESS!!!

I brought the "red" trimmer blades and only realised I needed the "universal" adapter kit once the trimmer was delivered. So I bought the universal adapter kit. I'm know £40+ in to this. It's advertsed as fitting Bosch strimmers, but it doesn't. The Bosch motor has a splined drive c10mm diameter, the blade and adaptor have a c20mm diameter whole and a threaded locking nut of a similar size. It won't fit or hold the blade in place. Total piece of junk.

This is a horrible product. Difficult to I tall and performed even worse. It’s much to thick to cut a clean edge line. Also… the diameter is way too small to use on a standard gas trimmer. I asked if I could return it. They starkly said I could return it to China, pay the freight, and after they received it they give me a refund. No Retun authorization was provided so I didn’t take the response seriously.

The item advertised is a total scam, what arrived from china was a wire de-rusting wheel meant for a angle grinder. Also the adaptor kit which they advise you to buy is totally useless, nothing more than assortment of washers, spacer and large nut. Fortunately I paid for these items through PayPal and today have received a full refund from them, thank you PayPal for standing by me. This outfit is China based so they want you to return the goods to Hong Kong so beware do not purchase from them.

Total scam do not buy! I’m going to trading standards! Posing as uk company but from china do not want to refund offered 20% and keep item but if no use! Need an adapter kit. Do yourself a favour and buy off amazon with full adapter kit for half the price! Ignoring emails and fb messages! Useless scamming b******s!

Utter SCAM, the parts are cheap rubbish. Do not buy anything! The adaptor kit doesn't fit any U.K trimmer

If I could give no star I would, absolute scammers, no contact address or details on website, advertise through social media platforms, items don't fit standard strimmers, they advertise through social media platforms, with moody comments, no chance of a refund........DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Can I give o stars. As lime others, unfortunately too trusting and ordered off add online (during a game! 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️) never again. No I structures no attachments. Offered 20%, asked boyfriend to see if we can still try to attach but don't want to break strimmer trying. Doesn't look like it will anyway. What a load of scam!!!

This is a scam - the company is actually a Chinese basd technology company that is purely set up to mass market Chinese goods in a shiny way to get sales. You can't return the goods easily - I tried but they didn't supply a postcode, and even when I looked it up independently the goods weren't accepted and were sent back. They will offer a 20% refund as a 'goodwill' gesture at a push. Just avoiding all of these Social Media ads is my new policy. I hate that Facebook/Instagram allows it. Will write a similar review on their page as they are letting this happen.

This is the worst company I have dealt with, apparently they send the trimmer and when I asked for POD , they send me a photo with an envelope in the door, I have asked for a refund and they are refusing to refund me

All all the other reviews, doesn’t fit the strimmer. Return address is in china. So no chance of returning it for a refund as postage costs would cancel out any refund due.
Only wish I’d read these reviews first. AVOID

'Indestructible' trimmer knackered after 5 minutes of cutting grass. No instructions ship with trimmer, no mention of requirement for adapter kit at additional cost. 100% satisfaction guarantee ignored by customer service team - avoid this company.

This trimmer takes a long time to receive. It doesn’t work on weeds. You can’t get your money back unless you pay to ship it to China. Complete garbage.

Same experience, flimsy metal that I paid for a adaptor kit with and doesn't fit the strimmer. Money wasted. How does facebook allow reviews which are all good and none of these reviews. Will contact credit card company and apply for a refund. Annoying!

DO NOT ORDER from this company. Over £60 complete waste of money. The ad gives you the impression you are getting the indestructible trimmer. I got goggles, gloves and 2 blade heads--thats it! USELESS! Their support emails are not helpful "You got what you ordered" repeatedly. So cheese off (putting it politely)

Strimmer ordered and then cancelled a day after when I realised that it was a head only. I was lied to and told that it was in transit. Postmark is 5 days after this. Ongoing efforts to cancel were met with automated responses.
To call this company useless is too close to a complement. They are deceitful, and way beyond useless.
Avoid at all cost.

Very bad company, pretending they're base in UK, but they're in China selling poor quality trimmer which does fit most make in UK. As for their return policy, they'll ask you to pay for the return postage and will not fully refund the customer. Very bad business.
