From the moment I reached out to this company, I have had the most incredible experience. They took care of everything and made me feel at such ease with any questions or concerns. No request is too much with Fredy. If you are planning to visit Peru I cannot recommend ENOUGH this company. I have travelled with other companies but this by far is the best agency I’ve ever traveled with. Kind, patient, understanding, always going the extra mile and with such humility. He organized a seamless two-day private tour for us that included the Sacred Valley, private transportation, and Machu Picchu—and honestly, I don’t know how we would have done it without him. The Machu Picchu logistics alone felt overwhelming at first. Between the different circuits, entry times, and coordinating everything with train schedules, it was confusing and a little intimidating. Fredy handled all of it flawlessly. Every detail was taken care of, and all we had to do was show up and enjoy the experience.

I was actually traveling solo when I first booked the trip, but along the way I met some friends who wanted to join. Fredy was able to adjust everything literally last minute and still managed to coordinate it perfectly. That level of flexibility is rare, and he made it feel effortless.

What made it even more special was that Fredy personally guided us through the Sacred Valley on day one. It didn’t feel like a typical tour at all—it felt like we were exploring with a friend. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, but more importantly, he knows how to make the experience feel personal and meaningful. He took us to places I don’t think most people get to see, and along the way, we happened upon a local festival. Because we were on a private tour, Fredy was able to adjust our plans on the spot so we could fully experience it. Those are the kinds of moments you just can’t plan—and definitely wouldn’t get with a large group tour.

He also ended up taking the most amazing pictures for us along the way.

I had a truly wonderful trip to Cusco and Machu Picchu with a group of friends, organized by Freddy Lonconi from IncaSoul. From start to finish, everything was smooth, well organized, and thoughtfully planned.
Freddy was our guide, and he was absolutely outstanding. He is an incredibly knowledgeable and intelligent person who truly brought the history, culture, and spirit of the Inca civilization and Machu Picchu to life. Fredy was a very knowledgeable guide. He made booking very easy, including being very available for WhatsApp calls to answer questions during booking and recommending how to structure the day to make the most of the trip.

On the day of the trip, he made it very simple, from picking us up at our hotel to the train, and he made a great recommendation for a lunch spot in Aguas Caliente.

During the tour itself, I liked that he was very clear about things that are known about the sites vs. speculation. His English was outstanding so we were able to ask all our questions and he could respond clearly.

This was by far worth every penny we paid. Fredy curated an experience of a lifetime with our trip to Cusco and Machu Picchu. It started by a pickup at the airport with a luxurious touring van, a fabulous hotel in the center of Cusco, incredible personable tours of Cusco and the surrounding areas and culminated with Machu Picchu which defies expectations. Fredy made the experience seamless, enjoyable and we learned so much more than the guidebooks could ever tell us. I cannot recommend this experience enough - truly incredible to get a local's perspective. More highlights include a wildlife rehab center that we could see local animals and condors!, a glamping lunch overlooking a beautiful lake surrounded by the mountains, and a visit to a textile facility where the lovely ladies showed us how they make all the beautiful handmade alpaca products. From seamless organisation so your are met at every stop to informative, chatty and lovely guides you learn, enjoy and are taken care of. Big commendation to guide Valerio and to the excellent lunch box . Absolutely take the optional hike to Wyamapicchu for the views . It’s stunning

This was hands down the best tour experience we’ve ever had. After getting stood up by another agency, Inca Soul/Fredy quickly responded and managed to put together a perfect package for us in just a couple of days. We did the 2-day Inca trail together with Elistan, who is the best guide we’ve ever met. He is extremely knowledgeable and he made us feel very well looked after and welcome for the duration of our trip. We will 100% recommend Inca Soul to all our friends and family and will be sure to be in touch the next time we are in Peru.

I started out communicating with Fredy of Inca Soul. He wanted to know all about me and what I was specifically interested in seeing while in Cusco/Machu Picchu. I provided this information and Inca Soul provided a great literary perfectly tailored to my desires and abilities. Inca Soul (Fredy – hometown Cusco) met me at the Cusco Airport and my adventure began.

The hotels Inca Soul selected for me were all great. My daily tours were conducted by either Fredy or Valerio who are both excellent guides. They both knew the areas intimately having been born and raised in the area. Most of the time my driver was Wilson who was a superb driver and navigated the local roads and traffic with ease and obvious knowledge or the area that enabled us to be as efficient as possible.

I saw the Inca sites (Tipon, Pikillaqta, Chinchero (Valerio's home town), Moray, Ollantaytambo, Pisaq, Tambomachay, Puka Pukara, Q'enqo, Saqsaywaman, Qorinkancha and Machu Picchu with Inca Soul and they were all phenomenal visits. They explained each site and answered all my questions.

Each of these Inca sites (and one pre-Inca site) are impressive and I'm glad I toured them. Machu Picchu was even more amazing than I thought it would be. I'm extremely happy I chose Inca Soul as my travel partner in Peru. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have a great adventure in one of the most amazing places on earth! Fredy and his team are the best!

The guide Elis has a big heart and even if this tour was beyond my usual "fancyness" standard the price is absolutely matching what you get. I am not going to explain much so that you can be as shocked (positively) as we were.

We are grateful to Inca Soul for sharing their local Peruvian history, food, and culture with us. We booked a group tour with them (one month in advance) because we trusted the touring company to handle the stressful details that come with visiting Machu Picchu. They briefed us at the hotel, arranged transportation, packed us a delicious lunch, and enriched our tour with authentic SOUL. Due to some miscommunications between staff, a few mistakes were made that added some stress to our trip, but the mistakes were quickly corrected. Perhaps they could benefit from having one more team member to help confirm details, and perhaps we should have booked sooner. I would recommend booking 2+ months in advance to ensure the best availability and coordination. Overall, we would happily recommend Inca Soul for your next adventure. Thank you to Fredy and Valerio for making this last-minute, memorable trip possible. We will never forget our time in Peru!
