Bought Z7 from UK imoostore.

The watch never arrived but delivery status says it's delivered by Amazon. Only option was to email IMOO and the response they gave is get in touch with Amazon. Amazon is unable to find the order number or tracking number. No one to speak to now.

Was it a fraud? I don't know what happened but seems I have lost my money. What WhatsApp number people are talking about I don't have a clue as their website has no such details.

Great customer support. WhatsApp to contact them directly, they send pictures to help with explanation.
I have this watch for both my son and daughter and I picked this seller due to the amazing support hence I went back to them. Great watch, GPS, message and call kids. Love it

Everything went smooth and quick.

I bought my son the Imoo S7 watch about three months ago. It arrived earlier than expected and since it's arrival it has been a wholly positive experience.
We've previously tried several phone watches but the Imoo S7 was the first which could offer great quality video. The sound quality is also better than any other watch we have tried and the tracking is accurate and reliable.
It is great my son can now ring me at any time and reassuring I can always know where he is.
He loves it because it allows him to contact (approved) friends. One thing we use it for a lot is so he can message me to tell me whether he wants to walk home from school alone.
If you are looking for a watch to allow you to keep in contact with your kids while allowing them to feel they have gained some independence, the S7 is the watch to buy.

We own three imoo smart watches for our three children and are very satisfied. Long life battery and the charging process is very fast. The GPS tracking is very accurate. The watch is robustly built and easy to use. You can control everything with the app, including school mode. It has a good camera and supports good-quality video calls.

Great product with amazing support and after sale services.

I’m absolutely thrilled with our imoo watch! 🌟

The location tracking is incredibly accurate — I always know where my child is, and that brings me such peace of mind. Setting everything up was surprisingly easy and smooth, even for someone who’s not very techy.

I was a bit worried at first that the watch might look too bulky on my 7-year-old’s wrist, but I was wrong — the design is super sleek and kid-friendly. My child figured it all out on their own from the first try! It doesn’t distract them or encourage unnecessary screen time, which I really appreciate — they only use it for its main purpose, which is exactly what I wanted.

So many of my friends have already asked me where to get one — I’ve probably sent over 10 referrals in just two weeks!

I highly recommend it to any parent looking for something practical, reliable, and kid-appropriate. imoo really nailed it! 💜

Buen reloj!

The immo wath works perfectly. The entire process, from ordering to delivery, went perfectly. I can only recommend everything.

I bought the watch for my daughter. My daughter and I are very happy, as I always can locate where my child is.

Strongly recommended. The camera quality is excellent, calls and video calls are crystal clear, and the GPS is highly accurate. I’m very pleased with this purch

I bought the Imoo Z1 watch and it works great. The tracking system is perfect. Unbeatable customer service.

Excellent watch! GPS is precise and the latest Z7 version has a text function too.
