Very reliable seller and the watch is highly recommended

We've had the iMoo Z1 for three years now, used daily by both our children, and it's held up remarkably well. The build quality is solid, and more importantly, the GPS tracking has been consistently accurate and dependable. In three years of daily use, there were only one or two instances early on where the location shown was clearly off — noticeably far from where our child actually was. That said, it hasn't happened in over a year, so whether it was a server hiccup or an early firmware issue, it's clearly been resolved.
The iMoo app works smoothly on both iOS and Android. Class mode is particularly reliable — it activates and deactivates as expected, which matters a lot during school hours. When we need a location update quickly, the app delivers it fast, which gives real peace of mind.
A few other things worth mentioning: the watch is comfortable enough that the kids actually wear it without complaining. Call quality is genuinely good — we could clearly understand our kids even when they were out cycling, which says a lot about the microphone and speaker performance. Battery life has proven more than sufficient for a full week of daily use — both watches get charged over the weekend and that's genuinely all they need. We do have them set to auto-switch off overnight, which likely helps, but even so, lasting the entire school week without a charge is a real convenience.
Overall, the iMoo Z1 does exactly what it promises — keeps you connected to your kids and lets you know where they are. For the price and the reliability we've experienced, we'd recommend it without hesitation.

We bought the imoo Watch Z3 for our child mainly for safety reasons, and overall it has been a good experience.

The GPS tracking is fairly accurate and gives us reassurance when our child is at school or out with friends. Calls (both voice and video) work well most of the time, and the sound quality is clear enough for quick check-ins. The safe zone feature is helpful, especially for school hours.

Battery life usually lasts the whole day with normal use, which is important for us. The watch feels sturdy, and our child figured out how to use it without much trouble.

It’s not perfect — like any device, there can be small delays in location updates depending on signal — but overall it does what we expected. If you’re looking for a practical kids smartwatch focused on communication and basic tracking, the imoo Watch Z3 is worth considering.

Muy bien. Lo hemos usado para nuestro niño de 6 años y ha sido todo muy fácil. Nos ha funcionado con la SIM de Pepephone. Control sobre las horas en las que no puede tocar el reloj. Excelente! Tenemos en Z7 y es una maravilla, la batería dura mucho, la localización es precisa, la calidad de la videollamada es buena y sobre todo está muy controlado para la seguridad de los niños, y lo mejor que es resistente al agua.

We’ve used Imoo watches for years, starting with the Z1 and now upgrading to the Z3 for our 9‑year‑old. The new model is faster, clearer, and noticeably more robust — perfect for everyday kid life. We love that it keeps our child connected without needing a phone yet, and the safety features are a huge plus, especially being able to choose exactly who they can communicate with. Wenn Sie funktioniert, ist die Uhr recht genau (nicht 100%, aber nah dran, bei unserem Zuhause wird immer das Nachbarhaus sls Standort angezeigt), leider zeigt die App aber den Akkustand nicht an oder warnt sogar, wenn der Akku sich leert, sodass sie bei uns schon oft genau dann ausgefallen ist, wenn man sie wirklich mal gebraucht hätte (unsee Kind ist behindert und hat den Akkustand nicht selbst im Blick).

It’s an overpriced watch. There are better options available on the global market for less money. However, in this specific market, there are no competitors, so it's a "take what you can get" situation.

Pros (Sort of)
- The hardware seems decent so far (only one month of use, and it hasn't broken yet).
- My child is happy with it as a first watch experience.

Cons:
- Software is awful. The promised location history feature is missing, as mentioned in other reviews.
- Terrible permissions management. You can't limit permissions for other contacts like grandparents; there is only one admin (seriously, most kids have two parents!).
- Volume control is terrible. The speaker blasts even on the lowest volume setting during calls.
- Scant app selection. While the lack of games can be seen as a plus, the inability to expand the app library is disappointing. I'd be even ready to write my own apps, but there's no way to sideload them.

Final Verdict
The child is satisfied for now, but I have a feeling they will grow bored of this watch soon. It's an okay first watch, but the potential is wasted due to the poor software experience and lack of basic features.
