I was given an estimate on when it would arrive. It arrived on time. The viewer is a little smaller than expected but the pictures are clear and it works well.

They were quick and communicated very well! Wish they had more colour options but other than that they were great.

These retroviewers are PERFECT!! Great quality & super fun also affordable. Even the website makes it fun to creat a picture disk. I like that u can can put a picture in the middle of the disk so u have an idea of what photos u will be looking at. The package to get started is priced just right. Any disks after that are affordable & worth the price. I have no complaints. If I had to give any suggestions, the only thing I would say is maybe more color options for the retroviewer itself.

Pictures were great. The viewer mechanism has trouble switching photos

Immediate responses, wonderful directions on how to create my reel and then when I wasn't sure I'd get my item in time for my event, they made it happen! I cannot say enough good things about my interactions. I'd give 10 starts if that were an option!!

Wife never expected this. Not only was I able to share memorable pictures but to put it on a device that we played with centuries ago "Priceless". We have our RetroViewer on a coffee table so our guests can use it, and the feed back we get takes everyone back to our youth ages.
