RetroViewer always makes those special occasions extra special! The website is super easy to use plus I get to re-print any previous reels I have made. I like the fact that we can imprint memories in a physical reel. The shipping is also fast, it takes about 1-1.5 weeks for me to receive my reels after I send in the order.

This was so easy! I purchased a RetroViewer and 3 reels for my boyfriend, for Valentine's Day. The instructions for creating the reels was very clear. And shipping happened so quickly! I found this a little later, and thought it would arrive after the holiday, but in came in plenty of time! Very nice, well made product! He loved it!

The slides were easy to make and they turned out perfect! My husband said it was the most thoughtful gift he had ever received. 10/10 would recommend!

At first my reel came in, but not my retro viewer. Customer service was so quick to help and had a replacement ship out next day. This is such a cool and nostalgic item. It was the perfect V-day gift!

I paid for expedited shipping and my order arrived in time. Such a cute idea and my boyfriend loved it. Only issue we encountered is that the viewfinder does not move the phot disc. It frequently gets stuck. I don’t know if it’s the material the photo disc is made out of that is causing it the issue or the viewfinder itself.

I ordered it over a month ago for the reel. Never even got it. Got the viewfinder without any issues. Never got the reel for it though.

About 30 minutes after I completed my order I made another reel I wanted to be on the order. I called and the man on the phone explained how to get the new reel on my original order and get both of them sent at the same time. Great customer care.

The retro viewer is a fantastic gift for my 2 grandsons. They love the pics and comments you can add and I love that you need less than 10 pictures, you can add fun comments and the reels are so easily stored and can last 50 or more years. It truly is the most fun gift ever- for the recipient and the giver!

I loved playing with Viewmaster as a kid and my mother kept our original reels. Now I have added to our collection with current photos. So fun!! Super easy and fast turn-around.
