Hi, Daniela Jaconelli visited us on 24/03/26 to advise us on Power of Attorney, Protective Property Trust and Wills. She turned up when expected and explained all of the aforementioned thoroughly. My wife and I were impressed by her professionalism and patience during this process. Thanks to Daniela's exemplary presentation we were more than happy to proceed with all three services and ensure that our affairs were in order for our sons in the future. Legal adviser Ross Allan was really great explaining All to myself and my husband and also giving good advice on legal thinks we did not know of.He explained everything to us very clear professionally I would recommend this firm very Happy and peace of mind with ILawsscotland .

Just had Ms Daniela Jaconelli the estate planner visit our house to advise us about making a will? She was so friendly and very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of making a will.
By the time she was leaving we were more than happy with what we had completed and had a better understanding of what was needed to complete our wills securely. The cost was very reasonable and very competitive so win win!

Contacted them with view to write new will and power of attorney,as changes had happened since wrote previous will,Daniela visited us,very proffessional in her manner,,and actually through her,we found out that the previous property trust which we purchased was not actually valid,as they had not submitted to change the title deeds,,,which was angry about,,but wouldnt have known if Daniela had not enquired about this,Happy have things now in place and sorted for when we both pass,to save a lot of grief with the legal jargon for daughter and son.
