I’ve used them for a few years- really convenient service. My review is more to shout the aftercare though, as I’ve hit a couple of complications with 2 different orders, but the resolution has been attentive and fair each time. Recommended.

Excellent cost effective service
I’d seen the vans about town and used to chat to a friendly staff member from the branch near Baker Street. I needed to clean a suit so I was pleased when I found it so easy to sign up. I was offered a collection the same morning in less than two hours. The gentleman who came was, I think, from the Holloway branch and he was very friendly and helpful. This evening, two days later, he brought the suit back looking like new. Very impressive and it made it effortless for me. I liked everything about the service. Really good. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - AVOID!!!!!!!!
I would strongly advise against trusting this company with any valuable or designer clothing.
I initially overlooked a previous issue where my husband's Loro Piana polo shirt was returned damaged after being handled by this company. Unfortunately, I decided to give them another chance due to a last-minute need for dry cleaning before travelling.
That was a huge mistake.
I have now received correspondence regarding a Sandro silk dress that was sent to them in perfect condition and has been returned torn and damaged. The suggestion that the damage was pre-existing is simply not true. The dress was intact when it was collected. If it had been torn beforehand, there would have been no reason to send it for professional dry cleaning.
Between the damaged Loro Piana item and now a damaged Sandro silk dress, I am facing the loss of hundreds of pounds worth of clothing. These are not inexpensive garments, and customers should be able to trust a specialist garment care company with their belongings.
The most disappointing part has been the handling of the situation and the apparent reluctance to accept responsibility for damage that occurred while the items were in their care.
If you are considering using this company for designer, luxury, silk, delicate, or high-value clothing, I would urge extreme caution. Based on my experience, I will never use this service again. I am extremely. extremely upset.

Wonderful experience. After not finding a laundry close to our hotel in London, we contacted IHI. They have excellent communication and shortly after we booked online, they sent a driver to collect our laundry. It was returned fresh, folded and in a nice bag within 24 hours as promised. Not laundered
I just received my next-day delivery order and am highly disappointed. Several of my clothes look entirely untouched, they are unironed, have no laundry smell, and look exactly as they did when I sent them out. It seems they weren't laundered at all due to the rushed timeframe.
