Has nothing but bad experiences with this company. Still waiting on them to repair a dysfunctional geyser that has been importation since 7 months.

I bought 2 Properties with IGrow and the process was smooth. Thanks to Thiani Geldenhuys for your assistance.

My experience with Thiani was great! She helped every step of the way and was very patient and supportive as well.

Miche Goliath assisted me and was friendly, helpful and explained about only 1 pet being allowed, as I had asked if it was permitted to have 3 small dogs.
I would have to get permission to have more than one pet.

Please note that I have still not received my deposit, despite it being way over the promised 14 business days.
Igrow has approved my lease termination (they cancelled my debit orders to confirm) and I was advised three times (by different colleagues) that my contract was on a month to month. I have followed all procedures, was not told of a breach until AFTER I vacated the premises, but then again, this was resolved by saying that my contract was in fact a month to month.

Now I am being THREATENED to be blacklisted? How is that fair? I would like my deposit back and a formal apology ASAP.

I paid for the application, but still got rejected without being reimbursed.
The system is set up to make money instead of assisting desperate accomodation seekers. How do you reject someone based on afoordability while the person is already paying rent?
