Fantastic service by Sarah and the workforce at igloo x.
I ordered during lockdown so i knew to give plenty of notice as deliveries are slow, received a phone call to say 10-15 days which was perfect timing. All arrived on time and the delivery driver put it in the garage for us which was very helpful. Sarah kept in touch to see how things were and wanted an after photo which i sent. I'm so happy with the board's fantastic prices cheapest I'd seen and great quality. Thank you so much.

Due to being let down by a larger on line company we discovered Igloo Surfaces for our bathroom panels and Sarah was incredibly helpful on line and as time was of the essence even arranged us to collect the panels directly from their supplier. Sarah even followed up with a phone call and email to make sure we picked up our panels. Would definitely recommend this company

Excellent service, even though COVID19 has been affecting everything my wet wall was ordered, dispatched and received within the week and looks fantastic.

Friendly and very helpful customer services. No question too small - I called several times before ordering as I am doing my own DIY in bathroom. Very quick turnaround and bathroom panels are to a good and high quality (I ended up ordering the 2.5 mm panels, which slot together differently to the 10mm panels). Strongly recommend ordering samples as per their website, before ordering the panels, as colours can naturally differ to what’s on the laptop or mobile screen.

I love the look of the panels on the website and ordered the High Gloss White shower panel kit. Sadly, I am not at all happy with the result. The wall panels look grey next to the white walls and silicone and the "matching" trims look beige so I have ended up with a three-tone shower cubicle which doesn't look professional at all. I had high hopes for these panels as they go up really quickly so you're not potentially without a bathroom for a week but I think I'll be sticking to tiles in the future as it seems to be the only way of having everything the same colour.

After spending hours searching for new bathroom walling, I found Igloo Surfaces. I Had a lengthy phone call with Alberto who advised and assured me their products were good value for money and advised me what to order so I took the plunge. Delivery was easy and on time, they even adapted the order around our holiday. When my builder installed the walling he was chuffed. He said it cut well and went in very snuggly.

It looks fantastic, we went for the silver granite wall and it looks classy, modern and very tasteful.

I would highly recommend Igloo, the ordering service is easy, products are worth the money and when installed look amazing.

Alberto was very helpful but when they delivered our panels the driver said one was damaged and would be delivered the following week. We have now been waiting two weeks. They will not tell us what is happening and do not return our calls. So disappointing.

Excellent service. I rang to check if it was too late in the day to arrange a next day delivery, as another supplier had let me down. The chap I spoke to was really helpful, and I was able to place my order and pay over the phone really easily.
