Great service from Gregg. Following initial enquiry form being completed online, contact made with me straight away and able to provide a quotation following some more info being supplied. Also offered a couple of options and relevant difference in price - including happy to provide additional details and recommendation.

Booking the job was also easy, agreed on a date and kept in contact during this time. Heads up was also given on the day to ensure I was still available.

Gregg arrived at the agreed time, quickly went through the info again to ensure previous discussions were accurate and then set to work.

Completed job and tested the system as required, noted everything was cleaned away and he wore clean covers on shoes too - very professional!

Having used Surrey Heat and Energy to service our boiler there's no way I'd use anyone else. Gregg went above and beyond what I'd expected and did a great job for a very reasonable fee. Very friendly and considerate too. Much better than any other Gas Safe engineer that I've ever used.

Had a fault with our heating, which left us without heat at a very cold time. We found Gregg of Surrey Heat and Energy locally, and he came to our rescue very quickly. He found the fault and rectified it. He was very polite and knowledgeable, and we felt happy with his professionalism and care for our property so much so that we have asked him to care for our boiler annually.

Gregg came to do a boiler service after our previous plumber disappeared on us. He was fantastic, fitting us in within the week, and when he came he had his own shoe covers and floor protectors.
