Replacement fuel tank

Recently purchased 5 sets of magnetic LEDs lights from them amongst other items I would be a long time costumer spend a few thousand ever year with them and only growing as a small business but I'm totally disgusted with there comtomer care/ after care . I sent pictures of the lights partly working with all sets having various issues form full dead lamps to some partly working lamps.The reply I got was the couldn't do anything for me cause I cut the wire going to the lamp to see if I could sort the problem out myself even tho having evidence of it I'm never one to complain id rather fix it and move on. After days of messages to and from Once I mentioned I was leaving a bad review they changed their minds and wanted them back but it was to late I had dumped all in the bin and will need shop with them again after years of purchase for them.

We are disappointed to receive this review as we did attempt to resolve the matter in line with our company policy.
When the issue with the LED lights was reported, we asked for the products to be returned so they could be inspected and processed under our repair, replacement, or refund policy. However, before giving us the opportunity to assess the fault, the products had already been cut apart and tampered with in an attempt to repair them.
Once a product has been modified or dismantled by the customer, we are unable to verify the original fault or accept the items back under warranty. This is standard practice and clearly outside the conditions of our aftercare policy.
We have sold a large volume of these lights with no widespread issues reported, which is why inspection of the original products was necessary. Despite this, we still offered to have the items returned for review, but were then informed they had already been disposed of.
Negative reviews are unfortunate, especially when a resolution could have been possible had the products not been altered or tampered with.
