As expressed below, do not order from this website. They also took payment without providing confirmation of the order. Upon requesting a refund, I was unable to email or call, with the email being rejected and the call being ignored completely.

Don’t buy from this website! When I tired to pay for my online order it said payment could not be made at this time. But it still took money out of my account and 2 lots of it! I have no order confirmation email so it seems as though their website took money out of my account without creating an order. Have contacted their support but who knows if they’ll be able to help or even refund me without proof of an order other than screenshot of my transactions. It’s a shame, this scares me and puts me off trying new websites!

Have noticed a huge deterioration in the cushion covers. Holes in fabric, broken zips, zips which are impossible to zip up. Very disappointed in a company that used to have really good quality products.

I ordered the Murray duvet set and boudoir cushions as my Kylie bedding is looking a bit shabby. I've already returned a bedding set to a different major company as the colour was not as described or remotely the same as the picture. The Murray Oyster bedding is perfect in every way, the colour and quality puts the Kylie Minogue bedding in the shade, in looks and price. Customer service, from a personal email thanking me for my order to tracing a split order with the delivery company was excellent. Top company, I will definitely be using Ideal Textiles again.

Can not fault. Good competitively priced items, fast to deliver. Kept me up to date with order. Would have no hesitation to recommend.

Items arrived, unpacked them, washed them, dried them, went to iron them and noticed the stitching was coming away on the pillowcases. We checked the returns procedure and they only accept returns in the original packaging which we didn’t have.

Ordered 2 x sets of curtains absolutely love them, considering the circumstances as they are delivery was fantastic. Communication was fab even a personal email to thank me for using their business. Would definitely recommend and will order again

Terrible service from start to finish . Paid for 1-2 day delivery finally arrived week later and dumped outside house although safe place notified . When ringing ideal textiles got£3 refund and promise to be in touch with information got nothing . To many companies out there offering better service won’t be back this possibly one poorest experiences for long time oh and the product now here seems ok enough said I think
