Second order from me to this company as customer service has been brilliant. The duvet cover was second time purchase and the cushion covers are amazing for the price.
Great company to deal with and I will be back for more bedding etc.

ordered bits for grandchildrens bed - throws and scatter cushions... very pleasant to deal with answering questions promptly... definitely would recommend and return

The reviews on Trustpilot made me wary, but as the company offered Klarna as a form of payment, I went ahead and placed an order, as I have been after an otter duvet for a while. The order was dispatched the next working day and arrived 2 days later - this was through Whistle/Hermes. The item looks great, the fabric is good quality and excellent price. Overall, great experience - no complaints.

I have made several orders from this company in the last couple of weeks - my cushions and covers are beautiful and very good quality- Delivery very fast

Duvet arrived quickly and within the estimated time frame. Fabric is amazing quality, especially for how cheap it was! Would definitely use again.

I ordered 3 pairs of curtains on 29th January, I have since only received 1 pair (returned them the same day as was not like image on website and packaging was ripped, so should not have been resold!) I have still not received the other 2 curtains despite emailing to chase 3 times (still no response). I have just emailed again to reiterate that I wish to cancel the rest of my order and will wait for the refund on my 1st pair. I am shocked at the lack of customer service and poor communication.

Havind read the reviews I ordered a set of luxury towels. They arrived very quicly and I am really pleased. I also received an email thanking me for my order from an individual which was lovely.
I then ordered bedding which I am also pleased with. Quality reflected the price. Seems like a nice company based in Scotland. Will definitely be ordering more from them. Thank you Ideal Textiles.

My first order placed they sent me the wrong item so I went to their returns on their website who told me to print out the label which I have done only to go to Facebook to find out out.the charge you £4.95 for the label you have printed out and that will be taken off the bill if I had known s I would not have printed out the label as it's their mistake for sending me a single when I bought a double so not only have I lost out on my quilt cover and now losing out on my fiver on the postage I won't use a company again first and last time ever

Avoid please. poor quality. I have order a white fitted sheet it was white in the picture. blue in the order I have explained but they didn't listen and denied that the picture is white.

Purchased a bedding set from them! It’s absolutely beautiful and came exactly as described, think some people ought to give them some praise for being a small business and have wonderful customer service when you’re nice to them- they’re lovely back!!

Awful ordered quilt cover money taken but never received item. No reply to numerous emails or phone calls...save your money do not buy from them

I ordered a brown and cream leopard print throw, Catherine Lansfield, it was a day late turning up and when it did it was Grey, i moaned and i was told if i didnt want it i should return it, terrible customer service and i will never give this company my money ever again

My mum saw idealtextiles advertised on facebook and it was a lovely bedding with a stag/reindeer on it. Looked idealtextiles up on trust pilot, very mixed reviews but we decided to go ahead and order it anyway. Best decision ever. We got a lovely email thanking us for our order and if we need any help just to email them. It came within the time they said it would and its lovely.

I have purchased some teddy bedding for my granddaughter for Christmas it is lovely and soft I know she will love it ,was easy to order delivered when they said it would I will definitely use this shop again and a lovely touch was the email thanking for my custom would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Very very poor customer service! Ordered items and they didn't arrive and was told the delivery driver could not find our house. We gave them a contact phone number so they could have easily rang to ask for directions but they didn't.

Spoke to one of the managers and they were exceptionally rude and arrogant. We will not be using this company again! Please avoid!

Was wary about using this company, as mixed reviews - but thought I’d take the gamble.
So glad I did! The towels I bought are excellent value for money, quality & colour as expected.
After my order was placed I even received a thank you email for my purchase. Felt this was a lovely touch.
Order received as advised.

Ordered a Catherine Lansford duvet set. Washed as instructed but then noticed that the seams were not sewn and had holes in it. Sent photos and complained to company but did not even receive an acknowledgment in return. They obviously do not care about customer service. Unable to return product as we had disposed of the packaging, so we had to go around and repair the seams. Also, even though only washed once the duvet fabric is showings signs of bobbling. Not a very good quality product and won't use this company again.

AVOID!!! Ordered a pair of curtains, hung them up to find they were all different lengths. Shocking!!! Emailed twice to complain and ask for a full refund due to the item being faulty, no response so I phoned the company. No sorry or offer to exchange, literally did not care! Luckily I finally got a refund. Do not waste your time or money!
