Best thing that’s happened this year - delivery of our hot tub, on the date that we were given. The team at ideal were spot on and the delivery guys were great - I even phoned the two delivery guys after installation for help with the Bluetooth and they sorted it instantly. Everyone at Ideal and their team were brilliant and I fully recommend them.

Happy customer here, great family run business, couldn’t get a hot tub late March when lockdown arrived till middle of July so chuffed when ideal offered me on in 3 weeks, bang on time great delivery guys, all the family very friendly and helpful great tub guys thanks

After visiting the website and looking for a reasonable priced hot tub, ideal came up trumps, because of lockdown we were unable to visit the showroom, but speaking to Jo over the phone was worthwhile. We are now the happy owners of a Gemini spa, delivery was organised by Ideal and any advice was just a phone call away..Fully recommend ideal hot Tubs.

Trustworthy and dependable, do what they say. Let down by two other local companies but these delivered within 10 days despite lock down. Delivery lads superb and persevering through the difficult access Soon sorted with no panic or pressure. Moved safely on a slider mat, no marks to the tub at all, very professional and competent.

with everything going on with corona virus Lockdown I decided hot tub would be a great addition to the armoury of items to occupy the kids. Did a bit of research then decided to message ideal hot tubs. Started speaking to Danielle who was very Knowledgeable about all the tubs available. And the next morning paid my deposit. The twilight was the one I went for but it wasn’t available so Danielle found a similar tub and gave me it for the twilight price (I’ve since seen the tub I received the “Brooklyn” on another website for a more expensive price) ideal hot tubs also threw in delivery for free and a chemical starter pack. 7 days later the hot tubs here, in place and working perfectly. From start to finish was a great buying experience.

I cannot praise this company enough, we got a fantastic deal on our Vortex hot Tub, communications was good with Abigail she kept us informed daily on the delivery schedule. She even came to see the delivery & placement through as it was a little tricky, we had to have the tub crained over the house which Abigail arranged for us. All in all it was a pleasurable experience buying from Ideal hot tubs I highly recommend this family run business to any one.

Delighted would be an understatement. The team communicated with me all through the purchase and delivery. The ladies of the team were brilliant and the delivery team set up and instructed me really well on maintenance and cleaning. My second hot tub and the first from here. When I replace again I will be heading straight for them. Buy from here and you will not be disappointed. Thank you ideal hot tubs.

Watch out for this company. I Recommend to choose a more honest one. They do not deliver what they promise

We bought a hot tub a few months back and are so happy with it and the service we received.Staff helped survey how the hot tub would be placed in out garden and in fact we needed a crane to take it over the roof but it was all done really easy. Abigail and Steve also came to help set the tub up and gave us some good advice and help. We are delighted with our purchase

Excellent and lovely customer service, very helpful. Texts and emails were answered quickly. Hot tub arrived on time and we were kept up to date on delivery times. Owners came out to show us Controls and how to clean/put in chlorine etc. Would recommend purchasing a hot tub from Ideal Hot Tubs

Highly recommended. Quality tubs at an affordable price and great service to back it up. We bought the Gemini tub they arranged for a crane as access was a problem but the crane crew made it easy and again at a sensible price. We had a small drip leaking from a difficult to access position but ideal sent an engineer who quickly resolved the issue. Overall we’re over the moon with our new hot tub and the great service from ideal, highly recommended.

Well where do I start after looking for over 3 months what a gem of a place we found hot tub better than described. From the first contact to installation all the staff are fantastic nothing was to much trouble fantastic experience
So if your in the market for a hot tub these are the best

We are delighted with our Miami hot tub from Ideal Hot Tubs. Really helpful and down to earth staff from sales to delivery and installation. This is our first hot tub so we were new to it all and they patiently and helpfully answered our questions as well as sending all the information we needed and liaised with our electrician. We did a lot of research before buying and they were definitely the best value (and low price) and the built quality of the tub is excellent with an american operating system (Balboa). We have already recommended this company and hot tub to several friends who are also looking to buy.
