This is the second rug I have purchased and the service and customer care is exceptional. The rugs are extremely hard wearing and look great, Highly recommend.

Despite several emails regarding my refund still no contact made by the company. Very quick to respond when I leave a review asking me to edit which I did. Currently in breach of their own terms and conditions. I have returned the item in original packaging, within stated time frame. Their own T&C’s state:-
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund is approved or not. This may take a couple of days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
No acknowledgement received despite tracked item shows delivered next day and photo of item left inside office. No response to emails sent or completed form. Bag returned in original packaging in waterproof outer package. Very poor customer service. It’s not difficult to send an email it’s been over a week since they received the returned item - I just want a refund and acknowledgement.
No problem with bag as previously stated, just not for me it’s their customer service that’s letting them down.

The Oyster skin product i received did not match the website picture's colour. I requested an exchange and was approved it, after providing evidence.
I was sent details for return and proceeded that on 31st of December ( I wanted this sorted. The product was £360 pounds, a lot for a frivolity that didn't actually suit the room it was for).
I stayed in touch with ICow monitoring the return until the end of January when I was informed that Evri is unreliable, so ICOWHIDE is not even going to claim insurance for the parcel that seemed lost.
I was basically told they wash their hands off, despite them choosing Evri in the first place.
I insisted this is not my my doing.
I was then initially told the colour I want is not in stock anymore, followed by an email that it was.
I have been through such a range of anxiety levels, as I felt conned, mocked, robbed.
At some point I was avoiding reading the replies, as the excuses were raising my stress level too high.

I received a replacement a couple of months after initiating the exchange.

Customer service replied promptly to all my emails.

Fabulous quality and service

I was looking for a stylish bag, that was not too big, but big enough to hold, a phone, keys and most importantly my lippy. It also had to be in metallic orange, to match with my sandals. And like magic I found the very bag. Its well made, its gorgeous and I love the little bee clasp. They also come in other amazing colours. And it was reduced which was an added bonus. I look forward to showcasing this for my friends son wedding in July. And I am sure on many other occasions. The packaging was good as was the speed of delivery.

It’s such a beautiful colour and it’s so soft- the small purple rug that I’m going to put on my chair to make it more cozy. It’s just gorgeous.

I bought the Sexto new Zealand sheepskin in Oyster. It was beautiful, but the colour wasn't what I expected, ( more brown than Oyster). I understand the colours can vary, but unfortunately it didn't look right in my room I contacted I.Cowhide to instigate a return. The process was pretty straight forward and they refunded me within a few weeks without quibble, which was great. I am sometimes wary of making big purchases on line, but I can confirm that you need not worry with I. Cowhide.
