I bought the double sheepskins for…
I bought the double sheepskins for placing over my dining room chairs, for our New Year's "Winter Wonderland" celebration dinner. They looked so fabulous and I've loved them so much - I've left them on! It's now March and I think it's time to retire them for the spring and summer sadly, but they will be out again towards Christmas. These are excellent quality. They came quickly, were well packed and I've had no issues.

Superb product excellent customer service
I have bought two bags and highly recommend this company. I had a small issue with delivery (actually it was at my end) and their customer service team were on it within the hour. They made sure it wasn’t their issue and were exceptionally thorough and professional!
Their bags are lovely and have a high standard of trims ( zips, eyelets etc) as opposed to some fairly’ priced brands who use cheap trims and accessories!
Highly recommend them.

Great customer service
Great customer service. The original ordered rug couldn’t be sent due to defect prior to dispatch so was offered to chose another which arrived very promptly. Communication was very easy resulting in satisfaction

Item was never sent / refund received
Item was never sent and I was provided with a pro forma tracking number which kept me waiting for over a month( delivery company marked the item with „ waiting to receive item“ so shipping was arranged but item was never given to the shipping company. After contacting them for many times, I received the info that the item has been faulty/ damaged and got issued a refund which I have received three days later. Company apologised and quoted the „Israel and Iran conflict „ as factor to their inadequate quality of customer service at this time.

Don’t use! Scam site!!
Don’t use. A scam!!! They take your money and don’t send the item. Only contact method is to email and no matter how many times you do, they never reply. Please don’t use.
11th March Edit after your reply. You are getting me mixed up with someone else. You never notified me that it was damaged and never offer a replacement or refund. Your only email was it would be delivered on a certain day. DPD are still saying you have created a delivery but still not released it to them.
It’s a shame I had to write a negative review to get you to reply and action a refund.

Dear Helen, as noted in our email, the cowhide you had ordered was damaged beyond repair. We offered you to chose another cowhide, but you chose a refund. You have been issued the refund and please allow a couple of days for the money to land in your account.
Great floor rugs
It was very easy to order the hide rugs I wanted. They have arrived and I’m very pleased with how they look. If they are anything like the last rugs I had from this company, I’m expecting them to look great for at least 10 years

Rug is lovely and good quality but…
Rug is lovely and good quality but wasn’t the right fit or colour on arrival.
However I am trying to now retune the product and have had no correspondence from the company as to how to do this. There is a form to complete that suggests someone will be in touch in 48hrs but it’s two days now and I haven’t received any update to next steps.

gorgeous handbag
I ordered a handbag (that I'd been looking for for ages) that I really loved in the picture. When it arrived, I thought it was gorgeous! The finish is beautiful, everything is perfect.
