The rubber around the screen was damaged and repaired to exceptional standard. Turaround time for repair was very good. They cleaned the keyboard and trackpad too. Almost like i got a new macbook.

Best Services I have received.
My M2 Macbook Air had liquid damage. My son poured a full glass of water on the running macbook when I was away from the desk. After 2-3 hrs when I am back, Macbook was complete submerged in water. I quickly disconnected all cables and removed any visible water.
Then I contacted iCorrect guys.
They quickly confirmed that Macbook Logic Board is fine. So it can be 100% repaired and recoverable.
Right now I am writing review comment using the same laptop.
In nutshell, 100% recommended.

Great job fixing my iPhone screen and housing. Not so great job with removing all my e-sims (thereby rendering my phone useless) and then claiming they had nothing to do with it.

This is perhaps the third iPhone I’ve had repaired in the last 10+ years so have known them to be reliable. On this occasion, they not only dropped the ball but are refusing to accept their role in what’s happened.

Beyond that, they seem a bit chaotic. I still don’t have a receipt for the service (despite having asked), they were several hours later than their estimate in repairing the phone, and insist they’re using genuine Apple parts (though I have no way of verifying this).

Not cool, and won’t be returning.

Battery swap for my Macbook Pro was a new lease of life for an otherwise perfect machine. They managed to turn it around in 24 hours so I had little to do downtime and it was cheaper and MUCH FASTER than Apple Direct.

iCorrect is a well set up business with a great space and presentation that gave me confidence that they are not some "hole in the wall" repairer. They pride themselves in having what is probably a pretty high end repair workshop in the middle of London that says something about their investment into quality and what they do.

Definitely bringing my other devices to them if I ever need a repair and highly recommended.

I recently contacted iCorrect with the dust gate problem I had with my laptop which other companies had not even heard of. These guys provided grate customer service from the first interaction. They were totally transparent with what it was I actually needed, communicated with me throughout the progress and got my laptop back to me before the estimated date. They were also cheaper than other computer repair companies I contacted. I didn’t feel pushed into purchasing any unnecessary extras and was even advised on how to prevent the problem from happening in the future. Not sure if they offer this on all their repairs but they gave me a one year guarantee of their work.

They fixed an ipad which had been immersed in a bath by my daughter, and then as she didn't tell me about it, we compounded the issue by trying to charge it since it was not switching on. A complete disaster! But iCorrect fixed it and the iPad is as good as new.

The guys at i-Correct were amazing. I had a damaged MacBook Pro which required a new screen and also a replacement battery. First of all the quoted price was way cheaper than elsewhere and turnaround was quicker, 48 hours. Regrettably they couldn’t source a suitable replacement screen, and instead figured out how to fix it as the screen wasn’t actually cracked. Took longer than planned as they wanted to be meticulous in the testing of the replacement battery, which kept on failing, seems some software l have installed causing excessive drain. Mac back less than a week after dropping off and quoted price even cheaper as screen didn’t need replacing. Thanks i-Correct, you guys are the best! Highly recommend them. And can’t forget the hospitality of the receptionist making me feel welcome when l dropped off the Mac, and making me a nice cup of tea.

There was a small hiccup at the beginning with emails. I sent a few emails to track the progress of the repair but I had no reply. They may have been having email issues at the time. But once I called, I got through to Michael who was absolutely amazing through the whole process.

I would strongly recommend them. Apple quoted me 1 grand

iPad screen replaced - great value, great job. Courrier service picked up from door makes all the difference when you're really busy.

Did a good job fixing my iPad 8 touchscreen, turning it around in 2 days (5 days from booking to getting it back because I don’t live in central London). They will probably insist on preceding the repair with a £20 diagnostic check, and the out-of-London courier charge is another £30. The repair itself was 50% more than a competitor, but the competitor’s reviews left me worried, and icorrect offer 1 year warranty.

After searching the internet for someone to repair my damaged Apple Watch, I came across iCorrect who provided all the information I required.
The price was not the cheapest, but their offer was very comprehensive and provided me with total confidence to send them my treasured watch. They also provide a 12 month guarantee including water resitance, which the other cheaper providors do not..!!

I had spilt half a cup of water on my macbook and it was immediately unresponsive. I took it to the Apple store and I was told that the damage was too great. They said they could repair it but the cost would be a lot and I would likely lose everything. So, at that point I thought I had lost my macbook to water damage.

But then I came across iCorrect and I thought to myself ‘I have nothing to lose, let me send my macbook to them for a diagnostic’. They soon came back to me to let me know that they could repair my macbook for a very reasonable price, so I went for it!

After a day or two, my macbook was fully repaired and they sent it back the next day. When I turned on my macbook, it was almost as if nothing had happened to it in the first place. They were able to completely repair it and I didn’t lose a single thing. Especially after what Apple had told me, I was so happy.

If Apple have given you a negative report, you MUST give iCorrect a go. And if you’ve just damaged your device, skip the Apple store visit and go straight to iCorrect.
