Iconomy is a great place to have your office, they are constantly making improvements and are very helpful in all aspects of running an office.

I have just started a new job and the office space is so lovely and clean.

I want to give a special shoutout to Silvia who has been absolutely wonderful throughout! She is so friendly, and so, so helpful. The experience so far wouldn’t be the same without her!

We’ve been renting an office space here for our Finance team, and it’s been an absolute pleasure from day one. The facilities are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed.

A special mention has to go to Sylvia at the front of house! She truly sets the tone for the whole experience. She’s always so welcoming, friendly, and full of positive energy. No matter how busy things get, she greets everyone with a smile and goes out of her way to help with anything we need. It makes such a difference walking into a space that feels both professional and genuinely warm.

Highly recommend this office space to anyone looking for a well-run, comfortable, and people-focused workspace.

Great space, great team and awesome vibes!

I have been a security here at Capital House when Iconomy moved in, with a very unique style by providing affordable office spaces for smaller businesses. The layout of the units is done with a special eye for detail and finesse. This unique style has maintained very high standards of professionalism as confirmed by the feedback obtained from their clients even after a year of operations. Sanita and Susan also have a good sense care not only for their clients, but for everyone who crosses their paths in the work place.
Capital House is centrally located in proximity to three of London's underground stations, including the Edgware Road Station (Hammersmith and Circle lines), Edgware Road Station (Bakerloo line) and Paddington Station (Elizabeth line and National Rail Services). There are also numerous bus routes to this location from very directions. Hence, there is a 24 hour access as the facility itself operates on a 24 hours security shift pattern.
If you are looking at setting up an office in such a busy location then always count on Iconomy.

The number one standout for me is how friendly the team is. Always going the extra mile. It genuinely feels great to be part of such a supportive and welcoming community.

Iconomy at Edgware Road is a really friendly place to work in an environment which is calm and a joy to be in. The management team are especially thoughtful and kind hearted. The other residents are polite and professional. The location is especially convenient being located next to Edgware Road tube or a short stroll to Paddington for mainline connections. Paddington Basin with its ducks offer a tranquil oasis in our busy City - you rock, Iconomy!

I worked at the Iconomy offices at Edgeware Road, as a member of the Swimming Nature team.

The office and amenities were great. The kitchen/bathrooms were always pristine, and the kitchen was always stocked with tea/coffee/and milk.

The Iconomy staff were great too. Always helpful, smiling, and putting on the occasional lunch/celebration, which was a great way to break up the day. If there was ever any issues (a rarity), they'd be very quick to get it resolved.

The business has a lovely, well managed office within the Iconomy Offices. I have to travel some distance to get here, but I am always welcomed with a smile, fresh water and a clean and bright environment. Sinita, Susan and now Heidi present a professional and friendly front of house and nothing is too much trouble. And things just work - from the communications, to the office space, to the lifts, to the replenishment support - its all just works. I cannot recommend the team highly enough.

Everyone can create a shared space nowadays, but few can make it feel welcoming. Iconomy has an outstanding team, always with the best smiles, always supportive and always responsive. I've been using them throughout 2025 and I cannot recommend them enough.

The team were excellent, Very humble, welcoming and never without a smile on their face! They always do their job to the best of their ability. This encourages us to work in friendly environment. Sanita always goes that extra mile for her job as do James and Susan. Best and most hardworking team ever!

The Offices and the People working in there are also incredible, every interaction is positive in the Iconomy premises.
