Iconic Puzzles  Anmeldelser

So happy with the AFL West Coast Eagles wooden jigsaw puzzle I purchase as a present for my husband. The puzzle is brilliant quality and came with an optional mounting board so it can be proudly displayed in his office. We loved the fact that some of the pieces are in the shape of footballers and football equipment.

The website was easy to use and delivery was prompt. The range of puzzles is extensive and I will be using the site again to buy presents for our puzzle loving family.

Thanks Iconic Puzzles.

We purchased a puzzle for my son in 2024. Over a year later we had issues with it. I contacted customer services and resolved the issue, No questions asked. I truly appreciate the service I received. These puzzles are great and challenging.

My puzzle had a broken piece and customer service was easy to work with. The puzzle is adorable! My boys love it

I bought the Haaland and Salah puzzles for my nephews for Christmas they were soooo excited to get them done. When they finished they noticed that the Haaland puzzle was missing a piece.
I contacted Iconic Puzzles even though they took a while to reply they did. They did replace the missing piece
Thank you

My Puzzle was delivered well within the stated time and was packaged well. The quality of the puzzle is really good and my son who it was bought for absolutely loves it. Well done Iconic Puzzles.

Amazing product. The puzzle is great quality, very cool and different. Nothing like I had ever seen before. I had a missing piece and customer service was exceptional. Quick responses and they were able to send me a replacement puzzle with no issues. Highly recommend to anyone!

I bought the Celtic and Liverpool puzzles as gifts for Christmas. The boxes themselves are lovely and make good keepsake boxes or can even be used on display. When we finally got around to doing the Chelsea puzzle, we were excited bc of the quality and uniqueness of the pieces. Unfortunately we found that there was a missing puzzle piece. While wrote the company to learn out of warranty, they responded quickly with a workaround and sending a new puzzle as well as extending the warranty on Liverpool puzzle. Great experience all around!

Stellar customer service with really prompt service. The quality of the puzzle is awesome, great printing and challenging, thank you!

Response to my email was fast and very friendly, amazing customer service.

The puzzles are the BEST! Superior quality and fun for the whole family! We are planning on framing ours and hanging it up!

Great company. Had an issue with my puzzle which they are happy to replace.

We received our puzzle as gift. My son was so excited. Once we did the puzzle, there were some chips/scratches on a few pieces. I contacted customer service, and had a prompt response.
After sharing photographs, they assured me it was a defective item, and would be sending out a replacement right away. We are looking forward to getting the replacement, and I am happy with the customer care. I will look to buy some as gifts for friends and family.

Purchased the large Aberdeen logo wooden puzzle as a gift for my husband. Great product, completely different to any other jigsaw we have completed with all the unique pieces. Great quality, thick wooden pieces and brightly coloured, going to get it framed to display on the wall. Great customer service, and delivered on time. Highly recommend for any football fans who enjoy doing jigsaws.

Compré un puzzle y a mi hijo le encantó. Está muy chulo y se hace muy fácil.

Bought the large Leeds United Crest puzzle last November and only got round to doing it. Looks amazing, really good quality product, did have couple of pieces missing but Victoria was great and sorted me out with a sweetener. Would recommend using. Thank you

I had a missing piece as my dog chewed it! When I contacted customer services they responded promptly and offered send a new set free of charge. I really appreciated that as they had no obligation to replace.

I had bought one of the puzzles for Christmas and had just now got around too putting it together. It was missing a piece when I contacted them about it. It was past the warranty time but they figured out a different way to go about sending me a new puzzle. They went out of their way to work with me and figure out a way to make it right. I am so thankful that they did that. They care about their customers. Thank you Iconic Puzzles.

I had to contact Iconic Puzzles regarding an issue with a missing piece. Their customer service was excellent - they responded extremely fast and resolved my issue with extreme fairness.
