So I’m posting this in many different places because obviously when you have a bad experience with a company you should share it as much as possible to keep others from sharing your bad experience as well.I ordered a drop shaped hookah base on 10/12 or 10/13 from icon hookah they sent it to me it showed up on 10/21, whatever, the real problem I have isn’t that it showed up damaged. The problem I have is when I reached out to them and requested a replacement on the 21st I get a reply from icon hookah on the 23rd (which fine I reached out on the weekend they got back to me on Monday, that’s fine. Someone named Anthony asked me for photos I send them three photos. (It won’t allow me to post them here or I would). I think all is well however no response so I reach out again saying I wanted to make sure they received my photos. It’s now Tuesday the 26th no response from icon hookah. They send me a request to give them a review score to boot. So I figure icon hookah likes reviews I’ll give them reviews fine.

***update they sent me a return label on 10/29 and let me know they received their damaged product back on 11/2 asking if I wanted a refund or replacement. I said replacement that same day and have heard nothing since from them. Simply awful. Using 5* hookah instead.****

so when they didn't respond to my response on 11/2 i emailed them again on 11/8 saying pretty much forget it you took too long two which then they reply almost immediately and refund me. so when a companies own website states "Please allow us up to 24 hours to respond to support queries." and they don't respond for let's see the first time was 10/23 to 10/30 for a response that's 7 days and then 11/2 to 11/9 that's also 7 days yeah the 24 hours flew right out the window along with my business to iconhookah

I tell everyone I know that does smoke hookah and have their own to order from this sit. Best site I've used for shisha and equipment!

Package was sent to billing address.
I live in FL but billing address in CA.
So I didn’t receive the package. I cannot try it and leave fair review

I bought a hookah as an anniversary gift due to a shared love of Hookah. I bought the stem from a different company and wanted a base that was fitting for the hookah. I wanted it to be a surprise, I made all of the plans, paid extra for a few items to be shipped express. I received the item on time…. Except it was not what I ordered. I contacted customer service who did not respond for 2 days which is fine. It was the weekend. They offered a partial refund. I said no, that I wanted what I ordered so it could match the stem. They didn’t respond. I messaged again. No response. And again each day. I was kind and polite. Until now. I just want what I ordered. And they refuse to contact me back or make what THEY messed up right. I’m not asking for anything except what I paid for. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not care and they will steal your money. They ruined the gift and did not care.

Great product product availability. Arrived quickly and intact. Awesome overall experience! Will buy again and refer to my folks.

I have not received the package yet, the tracking number showing that is still in Egypt from 4th of July?
